Who gets to define "hate?"
Also, your silly petition can't override the First Amendment.
There are better ways to combat prejudice that silly and unconstitutional attempts at censorship.

As long as anyone in the school can also wear t-shirts with swastikas, "feed Christians to the lions" emblems, nooses, burning crosses, gang symbols, and any other racist or threatening design.
Bet that's not the case, though.
