Of course you would have trouble grasping such concepts as "Innocent until proven guilty" which is based upon the same ancient Roman legal maxim. In Russia, accusation is the same conviction ... regardless of any evidence for or against the accusation.

You pretty much seem to mostly string together a bunch of non sens that "appears intelligent" in reality has nothing to do with much of anything in word salad.
