The women I meet are invariably more intelligent than the men .. Then , shouldn't it be the other way around ? Stop the men from making any more decisions ( sexual or otherwise ) and let them take care of the cleaning and the cooking ( not the children , please.. most heteros are born pedophiles ).

The vast majority of countries in the U.N. are not liberal democracies with the rule or law, nor do they protect individual Liberties and Rights as the U.S. does. So it's not surprising that most of these countries are opposed to equal rights for LGBT people.

It's a useless organization that we should have pulled out of decades ago.

It's a huge waste of the money of the American taxpayer, who bears a huge amount of the cost of the U.N. which is rife with corruption, far out of proportion compared to other countries.

We should DUMP THE U.N. Let it move to one of those "socialist workers' paradises" like Cuba or Laos that so many of their members are always talking about.

You would have only one wire across a carrier deck?

The UN has provided a forum and avenue for conflict /prevention/resolution on more than one occasion.

ROFL !

They sure have done a great job preventing the Iran-Iraq War, the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, the Soviet invasion of Hungary, the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia, the 1967 Arab-Israeli War, the 1973 Yom Kippur War, the 1971 India-Pakistami War,..... Shall I go on listing the U.N.'s innumerable bloody failures ????

And what about the wars, and other military offensives that the U.N. specifically AUTHORIZED ?! Aren't they supposed to be PREVENTING wars, and NOT authorizing wars ?!

What a JOKE the U.N. is and ALWAYS has been.

btw, for 5 years, from 1946 thru 1951, The U.N. was in an old Sperry Gyroscope factory in Lake Success (amusingly ironic for the UN) in Nassau County on Long Island.
