YES........I feel it is Cruel and unusual Punishment to lock someone in a cell who you known has been medically diagnosis as a GID Transsexual. Knowing that according to the medical data available that GRS surgery IS the cure for their gender dysphoria and then to deny them that cure, it's like slipping someone poison in their food or drink then standing outside their cell with the antidote in your hand yet not giving it to them while you watch then slowly die or go crazy. It not only is cruel it proves your a psychopath who enjoys their pain and that maybe it's really you that should be in that cell.

How many suicides will it take to prove the point? Yes it's cruel and though not unusual, it is not within the boundaries of rehabilitation.

No. Why should someone who has broken a law get a treatment for free that those of us who abide by the law have to pay for.

Of course in this case I am only talking about GRS. Not HRT. Because that is something that is medically necessary after it has already been started it should be continued.

I agree that it's not fair at all for a convicted murderer to get required medical treatments for free while honest law abiding people have to pay out of pocket. It's not fair at all but it isn't wrong either.

What's wrong is that transsexual people still have to pay out of pocket for necessary medical treatment because of the greed and harmful discrimination displayed by medical insurance providers, including the US and state governments.
