Are you saying your Senators are unable to multitask and work on multiple bills at the same time?
Sounds like you need to elect a new Senator.
Your right. Everyone should elect TWO new senators.

How do you define job performance?
What about a man that has worked greeting visitors to his employer's business and then decides he is really a woman trapped in a man's body? When he comes to work wearing a dress, needing a shave and wants into the ladies room? If it were your business, how would you handle that?
The same way I would handle it if an employee decides he's been "born again" and comes in to work wearing religious garb.

It would depend on his job performance, not his appearance.

Is he still able to do the job he was hired to do?

how do employers know which employees are gay ? is it an option box on their application. if an employer is unaware the employee is gay and they fire them, can the gay still cry discrimination ? with no proof of any kind of sexual preference, wouldn't this law just self destruct if all employees just say they're gay eliminating any charges of discrimination since all employees are the same sexual preference ? kind of a do nothing law since the loopholes are big enough to drive a train thru.
It doesn't matter if 1 or ALL of the employees are gay.

The only thing that matters is if ANY employees is fired because they're gay.

The same applies to heterosexual employees.

Link?

Show how anyone's being "adversely affected by Obamacare" - unless it's someone who's lost a bad policy and been "forced" to buy a better one?

You know nothing.
You can't fire anyone for any reason.
Performance doesn't matter. Once a person is hired, that person is entitled to that job for life, with annual increases in salary besides.
Don't you realize that if you own a business that you didn't build it? What makes you think you can decide which employees to keep?

So you couldn't come up with a reasoned response to basing employment decisions on performance.

There is little unusual about academics, other staff and students suing institutions over alleged sexual harassment or discrimination based on race or sexual orientation. Universities, after all, are large employers with deep pockets, making them popular targets of litigation.

But US universities have been hit with a succession of eyebrow-raising lawsuits from people who claim they were discriminated against not because they are black, but because they are white, and not because they are gay, but because they are straight.

and...
Unmarried heterosexual couples on both sides of the country are challenging domestic partner employee benefits plans that are limited to same-sex couples. Discrimination claims are currently pending before state agencies in Massachusetts and Washington.
Jason Webster filed a complaint against Partners HealthCare when the Massachusetts-based employer refused his request to add his female partner to his health plan. Sandi Scott-Moore filed a similar complaint against Honeywell International with the Washington Human Rights Commission.

Both cases argue that same-sex-only employee benefits plans violate state laws against sexual orientation and sex discrimination.

Googling first is a good way to avoid all that pie on your face!

Why would you oppose a law that would protect you against termination based on discrimination rather than your job performance?

you forget that such an employee would likely have discussed the issue with their employer first.

These people don't suddenly decide they are a woman in a man's body. It is a very long process. I also doubt ANYONE would be so clueless that they would jeopardize the job they need to PAY for sex re-assignment surgery by deliberately VIOLATING LEGAL COMPANY DRESS CODES!(OOPS DID YOU FORGET THOSE ARE LEGAL?)

Just out of curiosity how many men in dresses that need shaves do you meet on a regular basis?

You tend to come up with the most far fetched scenarios I have to ask you if Your town is crawling with these oddballs!

BTW love how stupid your posts make you appear.

This law covers heterosexuals as well as gays and lesbians, so would your 40% be relatives of yours?

Here is where these folks REALLY look stupid.

They cry about 'gay propaganda to children'. OBVIOUSLY something about being gay or lesbian appeals to these people otherwise they wouldn't worry children will love being gay or lesbian more than the newest Tickle Me Elmo!
