RIGHTS should not be put to a popular vote. That's one of the reasons we have a federal constitution and state constitutions.

Furthermore, we are SUPPOSED TO HAVE "equal protection of the law". So why are trans students excluded from those equal protections ?

It's a crying shame that anyone needs any of these laws. I truly hate to say it, but, I think we're long overdue for a selective plague.
People just won't stop being so hate filled. Crying shame.

Too many people are confused about what a right is. I assert that each of us has the right to live our life how ever we want, but we do not have the right to force other people to do anything.

Way too many people believe they have the right to force people to serve them. And I can't wait for one of them to find this post and say totally stupid things like:

Well if people can do what ever they want, then they can have sex with their car, marry their dog and murder the people next door after raping them. Then claim I am stupid.

Of course that is not what I am saying but Socialists and Communists just love to twist and turn things into the most extreme absurdities.

As I have said here before: I'm a Libertarian and a Constitutional Strict Constructionist.
