Because you would rather sit on your a$$ and whine than organize a pride event. Heck, you can't even buy a ticket to attend the rallies that they've already had (and neither did anyone else).

Want a pride event? Have at it. I wish you the best. Really.

Ezekiel 16:48-50

New International Version (NIV)

48 As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, your sister Sodom and her daughters never did what you and your daughters have done.

49 “‘Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. 50 They were haughty and did detestable things before me. Therefore I did away with them as you have seen."

----------

Pro. 6:16-19,

"16 These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness [that] speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."

Straight pride month is every month.

For the same reason I wouldn't be left-handed if I had choice; it just makes life easier when you're in the majority. Especially when being a member of the minority group means you are discriminated against by the federal & state govt as well as businesses, organizations, & individuals.

Are you REALLY that stupid you couldn't figure that out on your own?

When people are so sure that just talking about being gay as normal will turn people gay, don't you wonder what's going on in their brains?

Go ahead, no ones stopping you. However if you hear your neighbors laughing when you approach them you'll know why.

It tells me they are fighting their own secret inner desires.

Btw, the Hawaii House is having their final debate on the bill now; same old amendments offered to attempt to delay the inevitable. There are 29 amendments offered by the anti-gays, and they are being shot down one by one. A final vote isn't expected until late.

Most? Really, Wondering? Most? I suppose you have verifiable statistics to back that up? I can honestly say that no gay person I have talked to in the last 20 years has ever divulged the desire to be straight. Not a single one. So we will all wait for you to produce your figures, verifiable of course, for your rather outlandish statement.

Obviously, it's been a while since you've been around people just coming out. Almost all of us tried to be straight for some portion of our lives. Fortunately, it was just a phase that we grew out of.

It is true that I don't know many young gays anymore. I tend now to socialize with people much my same age. I don't go to bars and restaurants that cater mostly to gays, so I don't get a chance to meet younger folks any more. I've been rather limited, physically, the last few years, so I have a social group limited to about 100 or so people that I have known for ages. But even before I had to limit myself, I don't remember having met any gay folks, out gay folks, who wished to be straight. Sure, those on the cusp may at times have that wish, but it fades quickly once they have come out. And don't forget, "wondering" posted the claim of "most" gays wanting to be straight. I stand by my post.

What is not democratic is that this discrimination exists in the first place. Any means necessary to get rid of this blatant injustice would seem justified.

Most Democratic Senators running for reelection in 2014 are going to be defeated because of the catastrophe known as OBAMACARE, because it was sold to the American people on the basis of a PACK OF LIES.

And ONLY Democrats voted for the bill.

The Republicans held the majority in both houses of congress from 1995 thru 2007, and I think you're going to see that again after the 2014 elections.

Luckily, for the Prez, Gays only care about themselves. All of the dozens of lies Obama told to defraud millions of American out of their affordable healthcare insurance plans won't bother them at all. Their single issue voters like Union types. The ME ME, Me Me Me
Crowd are always sure voters for the hard left.
