californication and now utah where judges can overturn and negate the votes of the people in legal ballot processes. we need to just stop having the bother of elections and just let judges make all policies, laws and their assignments to public offices. these judges are all lawyers, scum of the earth and purchaseable by fat cats with money. citizens votes mean nothing any more, corrupt judges rule.

You know judges have been able to throw out unconstitutional laws, even those brought about thru ballot initiatives for a very long time now right?

Right...freedom. How long do you think it will be before gay couples start filing lawsuits against cake bakers, photographers and other wedding related businesses? There are a lot of Mormons in Utah, but their first amendment rights just got flushed.
On the other hand, a judge recently okayed polygamists marriages. Because no one knew that would happen when we start redefining the meaning of marriage.
