Not if I am considering making them my other half. There are plenty of reasons for being honest and open about who or what you are. If a trans has no interest in sex or a relationship I couldn't care less about them or their right to privacy. Being up front about who they are could save everyone involved a lot of pain, or worse, later.
You're still attempting to justify violence against someone just because they don't disclose every single detail of their personal life on the first date.

So are you upfront about being a racist homophobic bigot to everyone you meet? Or is it just so obvious you don't need to tell them?

First, I'm dealing with it realistically, not trying to justify anything like violence. If a normal person is set up by someone that isn't normal that has to be taken into consideration.

I'm not racist and I have no fear of gays.

I agree, their bias & prejudice should be taken into consideration when sentencing them for assault and/or murder.

You have repeatedly proven yourself a racist as well as a homophobe. You may not fear gays individually, but you DO fear what accepting gays & lesbians as normal will do to society- and that's homophobia as well.

It's not a hard question, Poodle, and you're the one demanding that people tell you things that are none of your business so that you aren't made uncomfortable by your own prejudices, right?

Som do tell. What other things that a person fails to disclose to you immediately upon making your acquaintance do you think would excuse you murdering them when you find out?

Even though you can't be serious, I think you believe you are. That's worse than a man posing as a woman. Do you have a partner? Anything pertaining to your partner is none of your business? That's what you just said.

Nope. Never said that. Nice try, though.

And, yes, I do have a husband of nearly 21 years now. And you know what? Lots of things about him are none of my business. Certainly not *everything* about him is my business!! Do you think that just because we're married, I have the limitless right to know anything and everything about him?? Really??

Why would I have such a desire? Why would I ever be so insecure and afraid? How ridiculous to think it's even possible to know everything about another person.

Except you don't, especially if that dude currently identifies as a dudette.

I don't give a ray's ars what a dude "identifies" himself as. A guy is a guy. If he goes walking into the ladies room, he's getting dragged out by his balls and getting the boots put to him. The End.

Nope. Maybe guys get away with that kind of perversion in your corner of liberal hangouts, but here in the real world you are the one who's gonna need bail money, and the guy dragging you out of the ladies room will get high fives from the cops and the bar buying him drinks the rest of the night.

Depends on the state.

In California, a transgendered person has the legal right to use whichever bathroom they identify with.

True, Michigan is one of the many backwater states where discrimination is legal, but even in Michigan there are areas of enlightenment, including Traverse City where gender identity is legally protected- the residents even voted on it, 63% in favor vs 37% opposed.

So you are twice as likely to get your ass handed to you in Traverse City if you discriminate against someone who is transgendered.

Of course. Everything in California is ass backwards.

Here in northern Michigan, you'd be walking home with some bumps and bruises.

Dead wrong. You walk into a girls bathroom in my city, you're gonna get your ass kicked. I've watched it happen. There's absolutely nothing "legally protected" about that. Nice try though.

See all of my posts. Not everybody is a pervert like you and your small entourage. You and your LGBIGOT friends are living in a fantasy world. Come join us in reality for a few minutes. You might actually like it.

Since I don't identify as a woman, I have no reason to walk into a girls bathroom; the men's room works just fine for me.

That said, gender identity is indeed protect by city ordinance in Traverse City, and was affirmed by popular vote in 2011 by a margin of 63%-37%. That mean a transgendered man who identifies as a woman can use the women's bathroom.

I have no doubt you & your fellow bigots would attempt to assault a transgendered person. Obviously you're among the 37% who voted against it; assuming you're smart enough to even vote.

Bigots tend to be violent. You'd just as likely attempt to assault a black or Hispanic or jew as well.
