Oh well, They haven't done anything irreversible. Hair will grow back! And no, There aren't more Transgender children/people around. You're just hearing more about them today. In the old days, they were an embarrassment, today it's no longer an embarrassment to have a child with this medical problem. I just hope they're right. I think that children at this age are prone to all kinds of attention getting ideas. If it were my child, I would hold off a few years before making this kind of change.
