All the same, It has been evident in recent years that marriage relationships are deteriorating in our society. Satan is trying to destroy the home, moreover we praise God for every effort toward its preservation.God's blessing is upon the husband-wife relationship.Proverbs 18:22 says [Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing , and obtained favor of the lord]. Not only does marriage and the husband-wife relationship have a blessing from the lord, but also in God's Word we are given guidelines by which we can maintain the husband-wife relationship as god intended it to be. Marriage was meant to be a bleesed relationship, or is it a strained ordeal? In Ephesisans 5 we observe that the husband-wife relationship is compared to that of Christ and the Church. In other words, our model indicates that the husband-wife relationship is one that lasts forever, a kinship that grows sweeter as the years go by, a relationship that provides an example of peace and joy, a relationship that will weather the storms and the trials of life, and one against with the gates of Hell cannot prevail. Hopefully we can say that by the grace of God we have found our relationship in the home to be that way

The Barna Research Group, an evangelical
Christian organization that does surveys and
research to better understand what Christians
believe and how they behave, studied divorce
rates in America in 1999 and found surprising
evidence that divorce is far lower among
atheists than among conservative Christians -exactly the opposite of what they were probably
11% of all American adults are
25% of all American adults have
had at least one divorce
27% of born-again Christians
have had at least one divorce
24% of all non-born-again
Christians have been divorced
21% of atheists have been
21% of Catholics and Lutherans
have been divorced
24% of Mormons have been
25% of mainstream Protestants
have been divorced
29% of Baptists have been
24% of nondenominational,
independent Protestants have
27% of people in the South and
Midwest have been divorced
26% of people in the West have
19% of people in the Northwest
and Northeast have been
The highest divorce rates are in the Bible Belt:
"Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama and Oklahoma
round out the Top Five in frequency of
divorce...the divorce rates in these conservative
states are roughly 50 percent above the national
average" of 4.2/1000 people. Nine states in the
Northeast (Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire,
New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Rhode Island,
New Jersey, and Maryland) have the lowest
divorce rates, averaging just 3.5/1000 people.
Barna isn't the only group to arrive at these
numbers. Other researchers have also found
that conservative Protestants get divorced more
often than other groups, even more often than
"mainline" Protestants. The fact that atheists
and agnostics divorce less often than other
religious groups was, however, surprising to
many. Some have simply refused to believe it.
Credit should be given to George Barna, himself
a conservative evangelical Christian, for at least
trying to face up to these results and what they
might mean: "We would love to be able to report
that Christians are living very distinct lives and
impacting the community, but...in the area of
divorce rates they continue to be the same."
According to Barna, his data raises "questions
regarding the effectiveness of how churches
minister to families" and challenge "the idea that
churches provide truly practical and life-changing support for marriage."
Born again adults who have been
married are just as likely as
non-born-again adults who have
been married to eventually
become divorced. Because the
vast majority of born again
marriages occurred after the
partners had accepted Christ as
their savior, it appears that
their connection to Christ
makes less difference in the
durability of people's
marriages than many people
might expect. Faith has had a
limited affect on people's
behavior, whether related to
moral convictions and
activities, lifestyle choices
or economic practices.

Marriage is a man made joke!
Like God married Adam and Eve
I hate how people try to use God to justify there views.
If you want to talk about God and his wants he wants us to truely love one anopther and not look down or judge a brother or sister.
If you believe the bible it says if your nieghbor thinks it is right to do something to them it is right if you think it is wrong to do that same thing to you it is wrong.
We are not to judge thats Gods job but most SO called Christians cant' practice what they claim to believe.
They are the first ones to judge.
Just because a person is what some may consider different does not give you the right to hate someone. Love always your brothers and sisters and your God with all your heart and you will make God happy.
Hate and judgment which causes division is what the devil wants a house devided cannot stand.

Marriage is man made for some it's great for others it's a nightmare.
Personally, I think it's a "Joke"
You don't need paper to be united and give someone your heart.
That paper is for the goverments' benefit, taxes, ect.

Better to have an open mind than one bound by beleifs
#9 May 8, 2013
so called christians are the first to ones to judge and the last to love.
I mean look at all the "churches" yet the pastors are driving cadillacs while people are homeless, starving and dying. Oh and lets not forget the speeches about your "offering" I don't know how a peron can live with themselves when they take money from the poor and elderly in the name of Jesus while they preach the very thing they could never live and make there living off decieving others.
Instead of the christians flocking in there buildings to make there self feel better and practice rituals and before building another MEGA CHURCH why not convert a "church" into a community shelter?
Imagine how it feels to be lost and lonely starving and dying homeless while the christians pass you by on there way to "church".
Imagine not being able to use the bathroom, brush your teeth, rest or get a drink of water..........It's awful.
The people are the church and if you have to go to a building and utter non-sense so you can believe your blessed, saved and better than the rest of the world your in for a rude awakening when you meet your maker

Your bible commands that if a woman is not a virgin on her wedding day, she should be put to death (Check Deuteronomy). Did you follow that rule or is it too inconvenient for a bible thumping retard such as yourself. What ever happened to"turn the other cheek"? You hypocritical twit.

How many innocent women have been murdered
The hymen has historically been a marker of a woman's
virginity. The belief that since the hymen blocked the
vaginal opening, it should remain intact as long as a
woman did not have sexual intercourse was widely
propagated, especially in cultures where a woman's
virginity was highly valued.
If an unmarried woman's hymen was found to be
separated, grave consequences could result, depending
on each culture's customs. In some Australian tribes it
is the custom for a specially appointed older woman to
perforate the hymen of a bride one week before her
marriage. If it is found that the hymen has already
separated from the vaginal walls prior to this ritual, the
woman is subject to public humiliation, torture, and
But it is scientific fact that the hymen can be separated
for reasons quite unconnected to sexual intercourse. It
can separate when the body is stretched strenuously,
as in athletics; it can be separated by inserting a
tampon during menstruation or through masturbation;
and sometimes it is separated for no apparent reason.
A separated hymen is not an indication of having had
intercourse, nor can it prove a loss of virginity. In fact,
some women must have their hymen surgically
removed before the birth of their first child because it is
so flexible or small that it remains intact during
#12 May 9, 2013
And some women are born without a hymen.
1. a girl may have been born without a
2. the hymen can easily be ruptured during
normal physical activities and sport
3. the hymen can be stretched open by the
use of tampons
Often the bed sheets from a couple's
wedding night are examined to see if any
blood is present on them because a virgin
is supposed to bleed during her first
sexual encounter. However, a woman
may be a virgin and still not bleed during
her first intercourse (McIntosh, http://www.saartjie.co.za/feb2000/hymen23.htm... )

Mathew 24: 34-40
Then the King will say to those on his right hand come you blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world
For when I was hungry you gave me food: I was thirsty and you gave me drink: I was a stranger and you took me in
I was naked and you clothed me I was sick and you visited me.
Then the Rightous will answer him saying Lord when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink?
When did we see you as a stranger and take you in or naked and clothe you?
Or when did we see you sick or in prison and come to you?
And the King will answer and say to them assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these brethern, you did it to me.
Take note Jesus never asked for an offering before he healed people and note what is said about those who claim they are rightous.

The name on your birth certificate is the only legal name that should be allowed to be announced at the ceremony.

Let him be called what he wants schools call other students by name.
What I don't understand is I'm a victim of domestic violence and my husband is committing fraud and news 8 won't publicize that.
How is it the News takes interest in something like this but ignore other more evident and priority issues?
Fraud seems to be a real problem my husband has been committing it for years. was registered as a Certified Employee with the Dept. of agriculture for Plain and Fancy Catering yet was collecting unemployment the whole time.
It was madepublished and reported to police, county detectives, and the fraud Dept. How ever he is still free and frauding.
Oh one last thing in an attempt not to pay support and aside tat he was a certified employee he applied for and got welfare and it worked until I motioned the Court and submitted proof like 9 months later well that's the Court system for you.
Seems like you can lie swear to it and even with proof if it is not presented it's as if it doesn't exist. How's that for the law?

I wonder if your husband needs an attorney to sue you for libel and unreasonable publicity?
Let me give you a little free legal advice.
DON'T POST STUFF LIKE THIS ONLINE.
#18 May 17, 2013
Here is some legal advice for you..........
Ever hear of the FAIR COMMENT ACT???
Well as long as it's true it's not slander or libel and in order for that to apply you have to be a professional like attorney hobbs already posted one about him titled fraud and something
I would love to entertain those alligations in court you don't scare me put your money where your mouth is and shove it
Oh and I hope you have a fat wallet and like having your hand held cause that's all an attorney will do for you
See me my husband's on welfare so that means I would get a "free lawyer at perhaps your expence do you pay taxes???
How's that for legal advice???
If law-enforcement allows known fraud do you really think they will care about some disgrunteled commenter?
No so read it and weep
#19 May 17, 2013
I find it interesting that your so concerned about this are you a frauder too?
#20 May 18, 2013
Sorry Lady, you do not have to be a professional to be sued for slander or libel. All you have to do is state something false in writing or verbally.
As far as posting the court docket info: Perfectly legal since it is readily available to the general public.
That being said, no one cares if he treated you like crap, you probably deserved it.
#21 May 18, 2013
Well your comment says a lot about what you think of women. That's ok though because I don't need your support. Just stating facts no one cares if you agree or not that's the beauty of opinions
Have a nice day duh from dover
