Hi folks-

We've been having some discussions here at Topix Headquarters about our registered user profiles and just wanted to see if any of you have any suggestions for things you'd like to see on your Topix profiles!

We're all ears...

I love your doggies!

I have a suggestion, how about putting a stop to the trolls? Requiring people to be registered to post comments?

can you add a block poster feature,to prevent individual posters, posting to us & harassing us..it will put us in the control seat instead of waiting for moderators deal with certain issues

A message function, where someone can leave you a private message so you don't have to post your private email. Along with that you'll need a blocker so users can block someone who gets annoying.

I am a registered user, but don't sign in very much.

I completely agree with you. I also think each person should only be provided with only 1 profile period. That would cut down on all the freaky trolls, that love to mess with people.

I agree. That makes me sick. On the other hand you can see whom is a racist, with a nasty disposition.

Interesting idea and I sure a block poster feature would work as long as the poster is registered. However, how would the admin. block unregistered trolls who have the ability to change their screen name with a few stroks of the keyboard? It would be next to impossible.

Exactly, focused and fair moderation would be fabulous. That is more important than design at this time.

As a programmer myself, I know I can decorate all my web pages and databases and make the GUIs top notch, that's the fun part, lol. But if the application is not functional and/or not meeting customer needs, that has to be a priority.

Focused and dedicated moderation on this specific forum could be delegated to a person or persons for a sufficient amount of time that allows this place to get cleaned up.

I mean with all due respect, many of us have been here for years and this is the first time I think I have ever seen a moderator come in here and ask a question.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Aquarius

It's a sociable and gregarious mood my dears, so it would be a shame to keep yourself to yourself. Not that there's much likelihood of that, because with the Moon in Leo and your seventh house of others, your popularity is on the rise and you're in demand. Why not go out with your other half, or meet some friends? Get everyone together for a drink or a meal.
