Thank you for being honest and admitting that "god" brings suffering on man.

If the garden of eden was perfect, there would have been "no" way for adam to have sinned. "God" had to introduce evil into the garden for that to have happened. Doesn't sound much like a just and loving god too me.

Haai what you say may very well be true but i doubt it, you see religion is not something we can see and touch and it cannot be explained rationally, so i still believe in the one and only LOVING God, the creator of heavens and earth

So religion is only in the mind? Sounds a bit like a mental condition.

If there is no "rational" explanation, then religion must be "irrational".

Religion IS nothing but a mental condition.

Right-fighting theologians mentally conditioned the minds of other religious right-fighters to in turn all fight over invisible mental creations.

The mindset always is ... "My mental creation is REAL, and your mental creation is false!"

If man had been created perfect, he wouldn't have been able to sin, because his mentality would also have been perfect.

The theology is silly. The all-knowing god would have foreseen that man was going to fall into evil sin, and so the god was part and parcel of the plan for man TO sin.

Theologians were all nitwits, and that's why they created gods that were imaginary nitwits.

I suggest that those that are busy starving to death, are not preaching that a god is love.

However, as I used to also believe that a god existed that was of the character of nothing but pure love.

But then I gave my myself a jump-start, and allowed my thought to proceed past the stop-sign I had created in my mind. I then faced the fact that non-human animals did nothing to offend a god, and they all suffer as do humans.

That was the thought that finally allowed me to free myself from all theological debris.

The fact that suffering in it's many forms exists in human and non-human forms of life, equates to the idea that if a creator exists the creator receives pleasure from observing the suffering. And that, in no way points to a creator with a character of "perfection."
I suggest that religion should fade away from lack of belief, and that it should no longer be allowed to cause any more division, animosity or wars between rival religious groups.
Theologians with their spewing of lies have committed far more than enough damage.
all "religion" acknowledges "suffering". They also state the tribulation of life and its purpose which is not a "creator" getting jollies from "watching" it.
I would suggest that you don't really have a point because big organized anything gets corrupt, not theologians. Hitler was a socialist, but not all socialism involves killing an ethnic group. He was also catholic.... see where this goes. Its about as unfair as the comparison of president Obama to Hitler.
In other words you love trying to tell other people what to do based on assumptions in which you are grasping at straws. Get over yourself. Your interpretations of religious beliefs are asinine...

If religion is a mental disorder, people have been productive members of society for years believing.
Too many times governments have used this as a propaganda tool. If it disappears (it never will, you're just going to have to live with fellow citizens making choices on their own free will) something else will be used. Environmentalism and terrorism come to mind...

If "god" created man with "free will", then how can he know all things past, present and future? If he knows everything that "will be", then we are only following a path that was set for us to follow from the time of creation. No "free will" involved. Can you say "robot"? I think you can.
Time is within the creation. I don't think we can comprehend God beyond time. That path might be an open dimension.

The all knowing God did know that mankind would fall and provided a salvation for mankind even before He created mankind. "The Lamb was slain before the foundation of the world", Revelation somewhere.
When a sinner chooses to obey God and be washed of sin, he is then "perfect", complete.
