Facial piercings don't do much for me, either. Bambi has a few, but not on her face!:-D
How does Bambi have facial piercings not on her face? lol

Just kidding. Does she have gauges in her earlobes?

Monday, Monday. Can't trust that day.

Morning all! Once I wake up fully, I'll offer my views on ink/piercings.

Thank you, Kevin, Lady C and Lady R. <3
Hi Junket & all,

Long time, no see

Piercings I see as less permanent - I don't have any ink although I wouldn't be totally opposed to something small if it was extremely meaningful to me and in a hidden location. Working in healthcare I have seen too many ink jobs gone bad (or gone south with old age)

Health care and correctional medicine.
Both give lots of opportunities to see
"ink gone bad" lol
I have a quarter sized yellow rose on
my left ankle. I got it a month after
my best friend died. Yellow roses were
her fav.
But I don't see why ppl get these torso
sized tats. They look terrible as the
person ages.

Top of the morning, Kevin, Ricky, Bambi and Arc!

Discreet ink, that's the ticket. The bigger the tat, the more unnerving to my eye. Same deal with piercings. I am opposed to facial holes only because they detract from the natural attractiveness of most human faces.

A "belly button" piercing looks good on a toned body. My only small concern about them is the high rate of infection that site seems to invite.

However, to each his own said the farmer as he kissed his cow.

I know a gal that has two tiny paw prints on her lower ankle. It was for a family pet that passed. Hard to hate that.

That's EXACTLY how I feel. I've never seen anyone, even someone with a very pretty face, where the piercing enhanced the attractiveness of their face. On the contrary.

They were really big when I was in college. Fortunately, they seemed to go the way of bell bottoms. I rarely see anyone with one, anymore.

Greetings Perf and FC!
Perf, there has to be some rain to appreciate sunshine. Here in New England, there's a saying, don't like the weather, wait a minute.(Mark Twain.)
Kevin, an ice covered car reminds me to give thanks and praise to our garage. I remember the days - clearing the car was one thing, getting into the car was the first challenge.
FC, At one time I gave serious thought to relocating to Maine. Not any more. I honestly cannot tolerate cold weather the way I did in the not so distant past.
9231 - nothing, but I'm prepared to bluff.
Good morning, Junket ... a little cool this morning and the wind is howling ... we are under wind advisory for the 2nd day in a row ... beautiful spring-like day again ... lovin' it ... with the MS I'm more likely to prefer the colder days as the heat brings me to my knees which is no fun at all ... so I'll be having cabin fever in the summer, yet again ... weekly trip to the library, movie theater and things like that ... it's all good ... Hope your weekend was a good one and your Monday will be even better! Enjoy it! FC <3 ...

Good morning, Lady J and all. Hope everyone is starting the week off with a bang, and that it only gets better. I'm gonna be busy recuperating from a tiring weekend at the flea market. It was a flop of a weekend, too. Oh well, win some, lose some. Y'all have a good'n.

My belly button has been pierced for
7 yrs or so. Never had any trouble (infection
wise) with it.
I'm worried about gaining weight as I get
older. If that happens I'd be tempted to
take it out. lol
