Treadmill?!?! You don't need one of those. Just put on your best pair of running shoes, a red jogging suite, walk out into the nearest pasture and smack the biggest bull you can find in the head with a rolled up newspaper. You'll get all the running you can handle and bring your heart rate up to peak levels.:D
Hi Ms Rose and the rest if you hoodlums. Hope everyone is well this fine evening.
You think it's the bull thats going to give me a run - and you would be wrong. It's walking to Chino to find a bull. About 40 miles?

I went to Sears the other day. They had one that was on sale for 350. I couldn't seem to get myself coordinated enough to do it. The first thing I said to the sales associate is "they're HUGE and UGLY" can you fold them up and hide them? I don't think thats a good start.
Maybe I should start with something out of Craigs List
Good idea about looking on Craigs List.
People buy them, then when the newness wears off, they sit gathering dust.
In today's tough economy, I think selling a treadmill on CL
would be a common item.

I work next to a scrap recycling plant and I see those things all the time sitting atop the heap. What really kills me though is seeing antique garden/patio furniture being sold for scrap. ouch

It was OK by me last summer when I read it, and the recent return readings have been entertaining and informative as well. Not that I care, but I do want to be aware of the "new" Flying Monkeys.

I saw that post while I was trying to find where Mod busted you for posting as Linda the Lonely .... yeah, umm umm.

Please don't blush this time!

Is Spammy saying the mod busted me for his Linda the lonely widow posts? I'm sure that *bust* has been redacted from Topix archives like some of his/her other scams against Ferrermanity.
It was one or two of the other Offbeat domain mouse-men lapdogs. I got curious enough to check it out. I never found it. If true, the mod post would persist.

Well, hmmm. It is a rigged game, as I have stated previously.

Stephen King fans here? or Fresh Air?

Heard most of this the other day. And you can find an excerpt of King's new book "Joyland" that might be a "must-read". As good as "It" I hope!!

PBS Downton Abbey, Mr. Selfridge, Call The Midwife... anyone?

I was disappointed it wasn't on this past Sunday.
Such an interesting subject and time period in history.
