And speaking of being female, it's great to have a youngster around to keep be abreast,(forgive the pun that's coming in the next sentence) of the new lingo.
I'm hereby reporting that we have a new avi bopping around today sporting what I suspect are "moobs." lol!

I have the utmost respect for someone that has 'faith'. However, I have nothing but disdain for 'religion'. That sounds odd I know. I'll leave it at that for now. Maybe we'll have a discussion about it later on.
I meant faith in God and an afterlife. You made strong and valid points in your post. I really can't argue them, now that is.

Hello Ms Selecia. Fine day today. A bit breezy but still a find day all in all.
My favorite is bratwurst. I boil them in german beer before putting them on the grill. My wife makes a BBQ sauce that will make your tongue knock your teeth out trying to get to it.:)
I'm going to assume you are in Florida. Have you tried 'alligator balls' yet? It's not what you think. They're just gator meat mixed with spices, rolled into balls and deep fried. They're great.
Sounds good...let's face it...anything battered and deep fried is good.

I LOVE THEM. They come on one LOONG continuous link. SIZE MATTERS!

Oh my...first, how does one deep fry butter? I guess it's got to be some pretty hot oil. And while I love butter, I meant just a little bit of baked potato with my butter. lol

Morning everyone!

Fried butter was at the Texas State fair a couple of years ago. If I can remember, I will ask my son if he tried it. Every year there is a fried food contest. From fried beer to butter to margaritas.

For Andrea

Peace, my heart, let the time for the parting be sweet.
Let it not be a death but completeness.
Let love melt into memory and pain into songs.
Let the flight through the sky end in the folding of the wings over the nest.
LPeacet the last touch of your hands be gentle like the flower of the night.
Stand still, O Beautiful End, for a moment, and say your last words in silence.
I bow to you and hold up my lamp to light you on your way.

What is so hard, is what can we do? She's in a better place, of course. But, we're left behind.

Here's a song I thought of for her:

This is sad news indeed. Her suffering has ended while the suffering of others begins. This too shall pass. For we only have to look inward at the joy that was Ms ArtGal. The hearts of her family can find comfort in the knoweledge that they were given the honor of knowing her. May her journey to the land of her forefathers be swift. Goodbye Ms ArtGal. It is a pleasure to say I had known you even for a short time.
