Yes blood must flow on both for the equation to be equal. The rebels need scud missiles to terrorise Assad and his bunch of evil supporters.

Certainly aid to the terrorist in Syria fuels the terrorist actions just as the american government and israel want.Those arming and funding the terrorist and killers in Syria should be on trial or hung period.The entire war in Syria was a created war funded by the american government and israel just as in Libya.
