The questions being raised on Thursday after the brutal killing of an off-duty soldier on a London street echoed many of the questions raised after the Boston marathon bombing just five weeks before.

One thing that doesn't echo is there wasn't a big search for them. They hung around and so the Police didn't get the glory or the overtime of tracking them down and being hailed as heros as the US authorities were. Ours just showed themselves to be inadequate.

The police would have loved to have had a big man hunt but have ended up embarrassing themselves with their slow reaction to the rest of the world.
I guess they thought a black guy stabbing someone...no big deal...probably another black man...
Someone should have called and said "A black guy is stabbing a white guy" and they would have been there in helicopters.
