Last year, after President Obama order Seal Team 6 to take out Bin Laden and gather all the INTEL on the compound – they let the world know that they had a “treasure trove” of INTEL from Bin Laden’s flash drives and computers… a few days later they released video of Bin Laden – sitting on the floor looking frail and weak as he watched himself on TV…
Why do you think they put that information out?
And remember, this is the same Administration that kept a tight lip for months about the possibility of Osama bin Laden’s whereabouts. The bitterness and subconscious bigoted hatred for this historic Black President clouds logical thinking -by the few right-wingers who do think- about the reason certain info is put out while a lot of others info isn’t…
JUST THINK, good grief.
"Why do you think they put that information out?"

Why indeed? End zone dance before spiking the football?

You danced around, but didn't answer my questions.

If the objective of intelligence is to know more of the other guy, why tell the other guy you just learned more about them?

Your Obama devotion has clouded your reasoning.

btw, in the new liberal lexicon Obama is 'white-black'.

The raid on Bin Laden’s compound gave our INTEL community a treasure trove of information and intimate details into the Al Qaeda network. President Obama’s changes in the failed Bush policies, and then his call to send Seal Team 6 in has paid off and will continue for years to come. Thank God we elected this historic President in 2008… and will re-elect him in November.
Oh yeah, shooting a guy in the head as two held him was really a strategic......we lost thousands of bits of information.......but at least Obama didn't waterboard him or shoot his unarmed wives also.

I would advise you to go look at the full episode of Rock Center with Brian Williams: Inside the Situation Room or NGC Channel’s Getting Bin Laden when you’re ready to deal with the reality that it was President Obama’s brilliant and strong leadership that single-handedly brought about the death of Osama bin Laden…
When you think you can handle the truth that is, LOL.
Yep, the smartest man in the world lets, marxist broadcasters into one of our most secret sanctums for a photo op and staged interview.........judgement day is coming in November.

I would advise you to get on dictionary online and look up singlehandedly.

President Barack Obama said Sunday he was first briefed last August about some of the fruits of years of that intelligence work, which focused on finding a courier whose trail led to the Pakistani compound where bin Laden was hiding.

“I congratulate President Obama and his team for this significant accomplishment. I also congratulate President Bush who carried the War on Terror to our enemies and adopted the legal framework for that effort that continues today.”

The Guantanamo prison, which Mr. Obama has criticized and plans to close, remains the subject of political controversy. Lawmakers in Congress have blocked the president from moving prisoners there to the U.S. for trial.

Mr. Obama banned harsh interrogation methods and tweaked detention policies that Mr. Bush had endorsed, but the president has also adopted — and amplified — many of the most important security policies left by Mr. Bush. These include indefinite detention of terror detainees and military tribunals.

The Abbottabad raid was not DEVGRU’s maiden venture into Pakistan, either. The team had surreptitiously entered the country on ten to twelve previous occasions, according to a special-operations officer who is deeply familiar with the bin Laden raid. Most of those missions were forays into North and South Waziristan, where many military and intelligence analysts had thought that bin Laden and other Al Qaeda leaders were hiding. Bush's administration caputred many during these raids, put them in Gitmo and interrogations continued to the compound later in Abbottabad.

New York Times, London Daily Mail, Syndney Morning Herald. It was Bush's brilliant leadership after 9/11 that designed the intelligence programs that continued to search for al queda terroists, since Clinton/Gore decided to IGNORE them.

I don't have to handle any truth from you. You haven't made a truthful statement since you've been on these forums. You spit on the Marines and all vets by pretending to be one. You make false claims about obama's accomplishments for propgaganda purposes. The rest of the world knows that Bush played a deep role in finding bin laden, even Barry knows it, that's why he called Bush that night. Try to catch up with the planet.

Obama is going to let one of the men who help locate bin laden rot in a Pakastani jail. Pfffft.

Forget Bain — Obama’s public-equity record is the real scandal
By Marc A. Thiessen, Published: May 24The Washington Post

Despite a growing backlash from his fellow Democrats, President Obama has doubled down on his attacks on Mitt Romney’s tenure at Bain Capital. But the strategy could backfire in ways Obama did not anticipate. After all, if Romney’s record in private equity is fair game, then so is Obama’s record in public equity — and that record is not pretty.

Since taking office, Obama has invested billions of taxpayer dollars in private businesses, including as part of his stimulus spending bill. Many of those investments have turned out to be unmitigated disasters — leaving in their wake bankruptcies, layoffs, criminal investigations and taxpayers on the hook for billions. Consider just a few examples of Obama’s public equity failures:

● Raser Technologies. In 2010, the Obama administration gave Raser a $33 million taxpayer-funded grant to build a power plant in Beaver Creek, Utah. According to the Wall Street Journal, after burning through our tax dollars, the company filed for bankruptcy protection in 2012. The plant now has fewer than 10 employees, and Raser owes $1.5 million in back taxes.

● ECOtality. The Obama administration gave ECOtality $126.2 million in taxpayer money in 2009 for, among other things, the installation of 14,000 electric car chargers in five states. Obama even hosted the company’s president, Don Karner, in the first lady’s box during the 2010 State of the Union address as an example of a stimulus success story. According to ECOtality’s own SEC filings, the company has since incurred more than $45 million in losses and has told the federal government,“We may not achieve or sustain profitability on a quarterly or annual basis in the future.”
Worse, according to CBS News the company is “under investigation for insider trading,” and Karner has been subpoenaed “for any and all documentation surrounding the public announcement of the first Department of Energy grant to the company.”

● Nevada Geothermal Power (NGP). The Obama administration gave NGP a $98.5 million taxpayer loan guarantee in 2010. The New York Times reported last October that the company is in “financial turmoil” and that “[a]fter a series of technical missteps that are draining Nevada Geothermal’s cash reserves, its own auditor concluded in a filing released last week that there was ‘significant doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.’ ”

● First Solar. The Obama administration provided First Solar with more than $3 billion in loan guarantees for power plants in Arizona and California. According to a Bloomberg Businessweek report last week, the company “fell to a record low in Nasdaq Stock Market trading May 4 after reporting $401 million in restructuring costs tied to firing 30 percent of its workforce.”

● Abound Solar, Inc. The Obama administration gave Abound Solar a $400 million loan guarantee to build photovoltaic panel factories. According to Forbes, in February the company halted production and laid off 180 employees.

● Beacon Power. The Obama administration gave Beacon — a green-energy storage company — a $43 million loan guarantee. According to CBS News, at the time of the loan,“Standard and Poor’s had confidentially given the project a dismal outlook of ‘CCC-plus.’” In the fall of 2011, Beacon received a delisting notice from Nasdaq and filed for bankruptcy.
