The "world" did not slam the speech only the american government, israel britain france etc did. These are the same groups which are paying the paid killers and other assorted terrorist in Syria to commit terrorist acts and mass murder as the world knows. The plans president Assad spoke about in his speech were very good and to the point. The fact that the terrorist in Syria do not want to talk with the syria government clearly shows they do not have peace on their mind but instead have their agenda which has been set forth by the american government and israel.Countries of the world must see what the american/israel government is doing and unite to stop it once and for all.

If it was possible to hold a vote worldwide by all civilians( not corrupt politicians) between Assad who is a legitimate representative of the Syrian's and the rebels who are nothing but criminals, looters and not to mention made up of well known terror groups, it would be a land slide win for Assad. No decent citizen of the earth would support terrorists, no matter what the cause.

It seems that whatever positive step president Assad propose, some few backing the insurgent Islamic rebels are not satisfied...
Well, it does not matter as long as the people of Syria itself is supporting him. Mainly, because it has been clear now to all that with Assad, the country will remain safe from religious fanatics willing to impose on Syria 1400 years old and out passed Islamic laws by using force, destruction, rape, stealing, and many other ugly behaviors by the fanatics of Al-Qaeda sent from all over the world to fight in our country. The national army and the free minded people will continue fighting them, till they are wiped out of the face of this earth.
