Recently I read about Border Patrol agents, in
California, shooting and killing two Mexicans that were throwing rocks at them. No prosecution occurred.
Then comes the matter of Ramos and Compean. Shot and wounded (NOT KILLED)an illegal that was smuggling 800 pounds of drugs. They were sentenced to 10 and 11 years in prison. Failed to file paperwork.
Does it seem that this sentence is insane?

It is with the deepest sorrow to learn of the passing of Sheriff Leo Samaniego. He will be sorely missed by all. I had the privelege and honor of being an El Paso County Deputy Sheriff under his leadership. Leo will be missed by all, not only by those active members of the Sheriff's Office, but, like myself, by many retired officers as well. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family of the 'BEST" Sheriff that this County has had in recent history.

Thats not the whole story behind this two Deepshit that just fail to report something they should have.
On their line of duty we dont need bad seeds like that, doing as they like and not reporting the truth.
The department is better of without them, or anybody like them. Let that be an example for the next crucket BPO. It will make them think twice to lie to their community. What was is they was trying to hide??? The 800 pounds of drugs??? Easy money but when you caugh you pay the price. Thats why their sorry ass are in jail, and should stay there.

If Christina Morales feels people give up their right to privacy by drinking and getting on public roads. Then she should not have a problem w/ law enforcement checking a person for their legal place of residence. In other words finding out if a person is here legally or not. We cannot pick and chose what laws we want enforced. Fraud, forgery, identity theft and tax evasion are crimes. Which are several crimes illegals committ or is it only citizens that need to follow the law.

I have a handicapped son who went to the Sun bowl Game with a friend. He was so excited to go that his stomach became upset with all the hooplah and he vomited in the stands. I want to Thank all the people in section 24 (behind the Ducks bench) around row 4, whether you were from El Paso or Oregon, for being so considerate of him and patient with him during his ordeal. He had Open Heart surgery about 5 months ago so the gentleman that was with him immediately went for medics to make sure he was okay. The people around him watched over him and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the woman who was outwardly inconvenienced and upset at my sons actions, I hope that in your perfect life you never have a momentlike he did. Even after he left, he talked about his experience, all the music, the Duck mascot and the football game for hours afterwards.

Did he create his pants too? Are you on the tax payers role also? Retards should be put to sleep and get off the tax payers wallets.
