How would a Ordinance HELP this drug dealer? A fence? Why can a Dylan Shires kill a drug dealer? Drugs....
I hope Bob Williams goes to the Court date Sept 1 to see how a Drug Dealer died......... We have State Law, why a Ordinance? People have died from putting Gas in there Car, but we have no Ordinance for that....... Drugs are all over Tehama County, How can someone shoot someone for POT? Is this pot so valuable and worth someones life? We need citizens to learn what a drug dealer looks like and help the Courts get work...... If we dont have crime, how will we have a Jail? How will the Judges buy there Drinks? How does someone take the Cops Marijuana? Who was this citizen, Red Bluff is so small, time will tell. See if I am right, the smell of this crime, someone will tell someone. They always do, this is what the Cops count on......

Hey a lot of people know Dylan, and they know that he was not that type of person. Dylan just couldn't do what he is being accused of, I just don't believe it. You guys who talked crap will all feel sorry when they realize that they messed up and got the WRONG person. Seriously people, quit bashing on people that U DON'T KNOW.

Evidently he is capable of it. How about the accusation that he beat up Tom Martin. Is he not guilty of that too? Get real people. Just because he is yoir friend does not exempt him from being a criminal. Are you saying he had no part in this? Did he not enter these peoples home? Dd he not rob them? WAKE UP and smell the MJ

I grew up with Dylan, i know his dad and his brother. I also thought it was unbeleiveable. This just proves people r not who they appear 2 be. just cause u THINK someone didnt do anything does not mean ur right. i think the truth became clear 4 everyone when he tried 2 kill someone else while in jail. i realize he did not have a gret childhood but that is no excuse 4 murder. on the plus, maybe he can c his brother now

What happened is he was offered a deal from the District attorney for life in prison or life in prison without the chance of parole. Basically say you're guilty to have a chance to see your loved ones in 50 years or so, or rot away forever as not guilty.

Rachel: by stating that you know all 4 of the people involved and that the other 3 went to Mexico, that makes you an accessory to murder. Expect to be questioned by the police department. The statue of limitations has not run out!:>

When he broke in the house it doesn,t matter who pulled the trigger he is just as guilty under california law .To bad they don,t just give him the death penalty and get it over with, just another drain on the taxpayers again.

You know what people he has family that has to see this you should be ashamed of yourself Dylan shires is innocent I know that, no matter what anyone says. How dare you come on here and bash his name but then say he deserves to die, in GODS eyes your the murderer. GOD knows he is innocent and in the end only GOD can judge you, remember that when your trying to walk through the gates of heaven and GOD says nope remember that boy you judged the boy you wished death apon. So walk your ass to hell. I LOVE YOU DYLAN
