This is a quote from this article:

""The state will continue to fight terrorism and terrorists who displace people from their homes and commit ugly crimes against them," Assad said in the television report. His government refers to rebels as terrorists."

That would be a good comment except Assad is the terrorist that is committing the ugly crimes, and displacing people from their homes, does he really think the people of Syria are that na´ve???

Yeah right, the only people with homes left are the alawite so obviously they would vote for him but as for the rest of Syria they are probably practising at the targets waiting for the opportunity when Assad tries to make a speech, ten POP, problem solved

And it just so happens that Obama has screwed up in Ukraine at the same time. How can any one politician eff up so much in so short a time? The Korean Peninsula is likely to be next. He is more of a fool than I thought if he thinks the Chinese are on his side. Most of Europe and all of Africa is against what Obama has done.

You bet, with all the streets cleared and only safe people allowed back for the photo op. I wonder how an election is possible, I mean the ballots, where would you put them? The only place where Assad would not barrel bomb them would be in his districts sooooo.... I guess we know who would be the winner there.
