After the Bob and Mary Schindler were told they would not receive any of Terri Schiavo's Med-Mal award, the Schindler start their campaign to gain control of Terri Schiavo's guardianship from Michael Schiavo, her husband. One of the tactics used in this campaign was to assassinate Michael Schiavo's character and reputation.

This campaign is being continued by Bobby Jr. and Suzanne in their travels and speeches.

The IRS is coming, the IRS is coming.

Beware Schindlers, the IRS is coming.

"IRS tightens control of smallest nonprofits"
By Susan Kinzie
Washington Post Staff Writer

Time is running out on the Suspicious Cheese Lords.

The District a cappella group and more than 200,000 other small nonprofit organizations have until midnight Monday to file with the IRS or lose their tax-exempt status under a new law many of them have failed to notice.

For the first time, the law, intended to increase transparency for contributors and more accurately measure nonprofits' billions of dollars in annual activity, requires that those with less than $25,000 in annual revenue file tax forms each year.

Clifton "Skip" West III, president of the Suspicious Cheese Lords and a forensic toxicologist by day, had no idea of the requirement until just the other day. "I was focused on the artistic side," he said.

On Thursday, West saw a re-tweeted warning from a nonprofit association. When he clicked through to the IRS Web site, he realized with a start, "Oh my God ... we have to do this, now."

"Nonprofits face IRS deadline"
Thousands could lose tax status Monday

Molly Hottle
Associated Press
May 16, 2010

DES MOINES, Iowa – More than 200,000 small nonprofits across the nation are days away from losing their tax-exempt status because they haven’t filed a new form with the Internal Revenue Service.

Many of these groups already operate on razor-thin budgets and some worry an unexpected tax bill could force organizations to close.

“The nonprofits in your backyards, some of them are going to be gone,” said Suzanne Coffman, a spokeswoman for GuideStar, which tracks data on nonprofits.

It’s most likely the nonprofits aren’t aware of the Monday deadline that only applies to groups that report $25,000 or less in income, excluding churches. Those organizations may not find out until Jan. 1, 2011, when they’re notified they have to pay taxes on donations they thought were exempt. And it could be months before their nonprofit status is restored.

I wonder if the Schindlers are continuing to SALE the addresses of their donors and the people who sign their 'FAMILY GUY' BOYCOTTED PETITION.

The vile Schindlers were selling (a.k.a.$100 donations) videos of Terri Schiavo and the probate court made a court order that all money collected by selling these tapes of Terri Schiavo shall go to into Terri Schiavo’s trust fund.

Too bad their foundation was boycotted by their so-called "DONORS."

It's all relative and the fact that Schindlers are making money off the Foundation is total nonsense.

The Schindlers work hard to mantain their foundation. The Schindlers have to be paid for their work. So you bet they will $64.00 and the foundation recieves $36.00 if bring a hundred dollars. I don't have a problem with that.

Now if the Schindlers were recieving $640,000.00 dollars and the foundation $360,000.00 for every 1 million, I might have a problem.

Its all relative.

I will not give to any charity (and certainly not to the Schindlers) who does not give at the very least 80% of funds received to the charity. I am not giving so someone else can earn a living off my money. Apparently you think that 64% going to the Shindlers is OK, unless they make what you deem too much.

Think about your post. With what they have reported to the IRS the required ratio for charity functions and payroll is completely reversed.
How about 80% for charity functions and 20% for payroll. A proper 501(c)3 Nonprofit Charity Corporation it is 80% for charity functions and activities and 20% administration.
Jame, with your ratio one could make $8 million for administration and $2 million for charity activities. This indicates the corporation is totally mismanaged or a SCAM, RACKET, or FRAUD.
That ratio 65% and 35% is what the Schindlers’ 990 shows. For a bus driver that would sound good to you, but the IRS would not agree.

So who and what are they maintaining their foundation FOR? Who are they working hard FOR? You're perfectly okay with $64 out of every $100 DONATED dollars, donated by people who thought their money was going to help someone helping only the Schindlers? I guess a good way of making money is starting a religion. Or a bogus foundation (I still have not read where they have helped ONE person, not ONE). Send your contribution in now James so you too can "help" people:-)

It doesn't matter how hard they, you, or anyone else think they work.

None of the Schindler family members have the legal right to use her name.

Her estate controls the use of her name, and we all know who controls her estate.

Now, whether he will be willing to spend the money to enforce in court the estate's rights is another matter.

He might not have the funds (or be willing) to do anything beyond having his lawyer send a cease and desist letter.

I wouldn't doubt that they continue to sell the lists of donor names.

They need to hang learn a hard lesson in having a judge who does not have the issue of TS dying and the kooks that surrounded that vs. her family using the image and name illegally.

If one reads all the articles about the Schindlers, you should see their intent, efforts and activities were/are to make MONEY.
And with all the money that came in (especially the first few years in which they failed to register their charity with the State of Florida, so who knows how much came in then), how much of it went to Terri?

Nada. Not even a hair bow.

Not a thing to the person they allegedly collected for.

According to your "logic" the Schindlers murdered their respective mothers (even when Mr Schindlers doctor said she could recover he said "she wouldn't want to live like that) and then went on with his life. Do hear Mr Schindler inherited a bit of money after his mother "died". What a guy:-)

By the way, Mr Schiavo was his wife's most constant visitor insistng on the very best of care (15 years without a bedsore is the mark of a devoted caregiver. It was the ONLY way he could show his love for her. Not like he could talk to her or take her to dinner and a movie. The woman was cortically BRAIN DEAD. Remember? Her parents on the other hand???? Oh once a month or so for 15 minutes. Her siblings? Once a year or so as the spirit moved them. Of course reading this very public case, you'd know that. Right dude??

Whatever:-)

No one posting here has had access to the medical records of Mr and Mrs Schindlers parents. Both parties had siblings and I have read nothing that states that any siblings thought that Robert or Mary did something wrong. Both families were close and Terri was close to her extended family members. No rifts in the family. A lot of gibberish about nothing, anything to try to defame Robert or Mary.

We personally do not find it shocking that Mr Schiavo talked about suing the Schindlers. He did it once before long ago, talked about suing them for the cost of some furniture used in the home that he also lived in. Sometimes history repeats itself.

I have the greatest respect for the Schindler family. Robert can now be his beloved daughter.
