Emily came with me this time. She is doing well. I have a nurse and our nanny. The kids all think she is awesome and we are all in awe of this little cutie who has invaded (happily) our home.

She was born 3.5 weeks early and had some breathing/eating and jaundice issues. Her weight is good and she is able to eat/breathe without trouble. Just a bump of being born a bit early. We are so lucky. I was so excited to take her home.

She squeaks and I have five kids run to her. OH how spoiled this kid will be.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts and asking about my baby girl.

That's wonderful news Unreal,I'll bet that Emily doesn't quite know what to make of all the attention she's getting from her loving family...I'm sure that she's probably been keeping you & the hubby quite busy too what with all the feedings & diaper changes at all hours of the day & night.

It's a good thing for both you & Emily that you've got a large family to help out & I'll bet that her brothers & sisters are just eager to do their part, that way you can get some much needed rest from time to time.:)

Of course in about two or three months my SIL will be welcoming her second child,Dylan into the family....boy I'll bet he's gonna just hate that name as he grows older. Why they've chosen that particular name for Austin's little brother is beyond me. LOL.

I hope things go well, UNREAL; Don't work too hard, and if you need time off and can't reply here, that's just fine.

First things first. Take care, and best to you and yours.

Congrats and welcome home. How long was she in the hospital?? I ask because my daughter was born at almost 28 weeks gestation and we muddled through apnea, bradi's the ng tube, billiruben issues, perforated intestines, brain ultrasounds for bleeds, etc etc etc. Its a horrifying expierence but in the end we have who we call "our perfect preemie" Now that i'm expecting another one who has already begun to give me problems starting at 22 weeks... i'm pulling for hitting the 26 week mark then 28 and i'll take 2 more weeks as i hit my goals. WEEEEEEE what fun it is. TT was kept in the NICU for 5 weeks, less than half of what they expected her to be in for. But she was released weighing only 3 lbs 5 oz. Which i thought was too small but she held her temps herself, i just kept her in hats even when in the house. Again congrats and welcome home.

James did in the other thread. And Gordon did in both threads, but no sign of Wallis or Nana.

I knew Gordon would. Deep down underneath all the crap he's piled on himself he's a nice guy. It surprised me with James. It's good to be surprised:-)

I will complete my training yet, and I hope to not disappoint my friends.(But good things take time, as the saying goes: No free lunch.)

Sorry but you will never be "fully" trained. Neither will I. The journey's fun though isn't it :-)

Yep - btw, that was a Star WARS (not Star Trek) joke - referring to Luke Skywalker:

You have completed your (Jedi) training, but you have one obligation yet: To face Darth Vadar!

Congrats to you & yours Heather on your new addition to your family when he/she is born as well....when it rains it pours I suppose.

I hope everything goes smoothly with this pregnancy & that your other child is doing ok.=)
