Schindler works with the Terri Schiavo Life & Hope Network. The network assists families in need of legal action to prevent their loved ones from health care rationing and food and water removal. It has provided resources and support to over 1,000 families and has been involved in hundreds of cases helping to protect persons who were in or potentially facing life-threatening situations

nope, they are all still in it for themselves,

"America is heading down a dangerous road and human life is being downgraded in the process, the brother of the late Terri Schiavo said."

then obviously America headed down that dangerous road when his parents spoke for his grandmothers and said they "wouldn't want to live like that". Of course their daughter living in a vegative state for 15 years and despite her HCS saying otherwise, really REALLY did. I wonder why the Schindlers changed their mind?

Shindler goes by the premise that only God can decide when our life is over. Wrong. That belief only applies to people who believe in a Deity. It cannot be applied to everyone universally.

However, the true problem with that premise is that it actually goes against using artificial means to keep someone alive. Feeding tubes and such work against the belief that God is in charge of when we die. Dying without being attached to life support equipment IS a natural "god" style of death.

I have always felt compassion for the Schindler family and have felt that they have had public sentiment but after doing some research, I personally think that if their message is important to them, they should not receive a salary. Any funds made should go for the cause they believe in, not a salary. That is my opinion.

No money should be made from this sad saga.

One should take the time to read each and every view before forming an opinion. I myself have felt sorry, had opinions, believed one view, but had never experienced anything even similiar until recently. Having done so changes ones opinion, made me have compassion for all parties involved. It is easy to let emotion take over when we really have no idea until you have walked in ones shoes.

Too late! The family of Terri-her parents/siblings, spent years grifting off the RR and Randall Terry whose operation rescue made a mockery of Terri's life. They collected monies-that where never accounted for, before the state slapped their hands about not having the right to collect money. They lied to people about legal fees, when it came out later that huge religious consortium's paid for the legal fees including that OTHER Bush who jabbed his nose in something that bit his butt later. Their current and past foundation has profited them handsomely too.
Both siblings quit their jobs long before Terri died to "benefit" from their sister brain dead bedridden state.
Michael Schiavo gained no profit from Terri, he set no website for donations nor

Oh and if they cared so damned much about Terri-Why where they not her most frequent visitors? Why spend 30 minutes once a month with her until the camera's came due to them hiring Randall Terry?

Mr & Mrs Schindler already walked in those shoes when they spoke for their respective mothers and said they "wouldn't want to live like that".(In the case of Mr Schindler's mother, mom's doctor, in fact said she may recover.) Why would they think their daughter would want "to live like that"? What was the defining factor between Mrs Schiavo's grandmothers and herself? Money perhaps?? Revenge on the person they viewed as denying them "their share"? Sorry, I find it real hard to have compassion for people who are so blatantly greedy and unfeeling. They enlisted the help of Randal Terry. Water DOES seek it's own level

I truly think the "breakup" of Michael Schaivo and Terri's family was the medical malpractice suit. The Schindler's-Ma & Pa were pissed off at Michael for not sharing the award that went to Terri and the other amount for Micheal's loss of Terri. They even argued with the lawyer about what their cut would be.

In the end, when after 3 yrs of therapies, Terri did not improve and Michael choose to not continue with things that were not doing anything.
