Agree and as usual, the Devil is in the Details.

If they do end up voting against it, we'll need to see the details because the Scumbag-0-crats are Writing the Bills, not the repubs.

1. It's not Obama's tax plan.(It's continuing Bush's tax cuts that the democrats, when Bush was president, only agreed to an expiration date of the tax cuts instead of permanent tax cuts)

2. It's discriminatory to tax one group more than others. Litigate it.

3. If you earn your money, you should be able to do with it as you please. Government should not interfere. Death TAXATION- democrats seek to take inheritance from families. Your parents' home, accounts, etc. The wealthy like the Clintons, Kennedys, Kerrys form Foundations in which they are able to employ themselves and defer taxes.

4. NO to ALL democrats. Rebalance America. One party domination in Congress, Senate and Executive Branch (and Lifetime judicial nominees) is not healthy for America.

5. Get rid of Nancy Pelosi. This country needs 40 more congresspeople take the gavel from Pelosi as Speaker of the House and also take away the military jetS she uses as a personal airlines for JUST her family. Pelosi's family were the ONLY passengers on flights that we pay for.

6. This country NEEDS a balance of ideas. No ALL democrats. They voted for EVERY Obama program put forth in the House by Pelosi and in the Senate by Harry Reid.

7. That's why we need to get 10 more senators, just to be able to balance Obama's presidential veto pen.

8. Or things continue as they do.

9. Vote

10. OUT ALL DEMOCRATS

Don't get lazy. Reid is taking the lead in the Nevada senate race and he was once behind by more than 10 points! Make sure you vote.

Is not the Speaker of the House third in line for presidency if something happens to the pres and vp? Perhaps that is why she is able to fly this way.(safety precaution I'm sure Newt had the same)

First lady to restaurants: Serve more apples, use less butter...WELLLLLLLLLL, EXCEPT ON MY LOBSTER.

Economy Flat, GOP Surges and Dems Say: It's About... Boehner? Let me get this straight, The Liberal are in control, THEY HAVE THE CHOICE ABOUT EXTENDING THE TAX CUTS, and it’s someone else’s fault………OBAMA COULDN’T HAVE SAID IT BETTER.

WASHINGTON -- Congress returns this week with embattled Democrats torn between trying to show they have the economic answers and fearing the further wrath of voters over new government programs. It appears the fears will win out.

Vice President Biden wasn't talking about jobs when called this the "summer of recovery." He was talking about construction projects.

That's the explanation top White House economic adviser Austan Goolsbee gave when asked about the more than 280,000 jobs lost over the past three months. MORE DOUBLE SPEAK FROM THE LOONS. LYING CREATES CONSTANT DAMAGE CONTROL FOR LOONS.

Yes, Pelosi is third in line, she gets the military jet, but PELOSI flew her family, as the ONLY passengers, on the jet. It's for the Speaker's use, not her family's personal aircraft, paid by taxpayers.

That's just damn arrogance on Pelosi's part and the problem with electing the same people to office over and over again.

NO to ALL democrats: oust Pelosi as Speaker, balance our government, Pelosi will no longer decide what will be brough in front of Congress. There will have to be compromise or vetos.

Pelosi only understands things when they are done HER way.

NO to ALL democrats...40 congressional seats needed to oust Nancy 'let's spend the taxpayers'$$$' Pelosi

More proof to show just how gullible the right-wing tea-baggers are. The republican Party (using divisive tactics as they appeal to the bigotry and racism that fuels the opposition to the first Black President) has tea-baggers protesting and voting against their own best interest. I would love to see these same idiots they scream about taxes (in spite of the fact that Obama lowered taxes for the middle class) defend the GOP blocking more tax cuts for small businesses and the middle class.

Spare us the Bullsh*t. F_ck_ing Michelle Obama took off to Spain with Air Force II.

The idea that these pieces of filth need private planes to move them around is horsesh*t. It's enough that we pay for the totus & vp.

That private plane for the speaker BS must end.

Sorry. Biden spoke very plain. The summer of Recovery was said, and repeated about economic recovery. Even the Messiah made such a statement. It was supposed to nudge people into spending so we would truly have an economic recovery. It didn't work, because Americans see Democrats as people who stretch the truth.

Republicans will filibuster Obama's tax plan, because it is unfair. The people who are making $250,000. are mostly small business owners. They are also people who already pay most of the taxes. If we raise their taxes it will result in the loss of 2.5 to 3 million jobs. These people will have to go on unemployment. Who is advising the President on the economy?

John Boehner has already stated that he will take whatever he can get, even if it means allowing the cuts for $250,000+ club to expire. I just heard Joe Lieberman,(I CONN) say that he thinks that all of the cuts should remain in place. Further, a coalition of House Democrats has composed a letter to Madame Pelosi, requesting the same thing.

With the coming election hanging in the balance for those who goose-stepped along with Pelosi and Reid, this is a desperate measure to try to win over those who will be affected.

We notice that no incumbents are talking about how great the Health Care bill is going to be, especially since Obama has been quoted as saying that it will not necessarily decrease costs.(The insurance companies are already giving notice of rate increases.) They are not talking about cap 'n tax, if they are Congressmen. Instead, there is a lot of opponent bashing and character assassination going on.

The mighty are falling...

I guess we all may be guilty of not paying attention to the headline of "Senate GOP" since Boehner IS NOT in the Senate. He's in the House.

Mitch McConnel is the Senate GOP Minority Leader.

Obama's "Sunken Oil" Killing Everything at the Bottom

Gov Lied about 74% of Oil Cleaned up

Oil From the BP Spill Found at Bottom of Gulf
University of Georgia Researcher Says Samples Are Showing Oil From the Spill

By MATT GUTMAN and KEVIN DOLAK
Sept. 12, 2010

Oil from the BP spill has not been completely cleared, but miles of it is sitting at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, according to a study currently under way.

Professor Samantha Joye of the Department of Marine Sciences at the University of Georgia, who is conducting a study on a research vessel just two miles from the spill zone, said the oil has not disappeared, but is on the sea floor in a layer of scum.

"It looks like you just took a strip of very sticky material and just passed it through the water column and all the stuff from the water column got stuck to it, and got transported to the bottom," Joye said. "I know what a natural seep looks like -- this is not natural seepage."

In some areas the oily material that Joye describes is more than two inches thick. Her team found the material as far as 70 miles away from BP's well.

"If we're seeing two and half inches of oil 16 miles away, God knows what we'll see close in -- I really can't even guess other than to say it's going to be a whole lot more than two and a half inches," Joye said.

This oil remaining underwater has large implications for the state of sea life at the bottom of the gulf.

Joye said she spent hours studying the core samples and was unable to find anything other than bacteria and microorganisms living within.

"There is nothing living in these cores other than bacteria," she said. "I've yet to see a living shrimp, a living worm, nothing."

Studies conducted by the University of Georgia and the University of South Florida caused controversy back in August when they found that almost 80 percent of the oil that leaked from BP's well is still out in the waters of the Gulf.

Their report stood in stark contrast to that of the federal government, which on Aug. 4 declared that 74 percent of the oil was gone, having broken down or been cleaned up.

"A report out today by our scientists shows that the vast majority of the spilled oil has been dispersed or removed from the water," President Obama said in August.

In May, Joye was featured on a newscast as part a team of scientists that discovered giant underwater plumes of oil. Joye and other marine researchers claimed that these plumes present a major threat to underwater creatures.

"The concentrations that are currently out there in various locations are high enough to have a toxic effect on marine life," said Charles Hopkinson, also of the University of Georgia's marine sciences program.
