Romney is right about everything he says. It turns out that Rush Limpballs hasn't been far off the truth either. I'm going to have to start listening to him too. Obama is full of lies and half truths. No more listening to him.

Yes Bill, we get it and we know it. Romney is a piece of crap.

Now how about you play the role of "media" or at least a form of it, and be neutral and show how corrupt both sides are. Like something about Obama that shows how bad he really is. Maybe something along the likes of how he is supposed to be a constitutional scholar versus his unconstitutional actions?

Oh wait, nevermind, what was I thinking..........

I have never received anything from the government other than my tax return. I've considered myself fortunate that I've been able to struggle and get by without having to ask for a hand-out.

I work hard. I go to work every day. I pay my bills and my taxes. I've raised my family on a single salary (a low-income salary at that).

But here's the thing...I identify with poor people more than I identify with Romney. I know how struggle feels. I know what it feels like to do without and live on the less desirable side of town and drive an old car and shop at thrift stores. I know what it's like to see my adult children not be able to afford health insurance. I know what it’s like to be trapped in a job simply for the health insurance benefits. I’d rather start my own business, but I can’t risk quitting my job and then getting sick and losing my house.

I look around this office where I work. There are probably 200 people in this building and about 190 of them are in the same shape I am. We watched our salaries shrink while profits have gone up. We’ve watched the corporate folks drive up in their Jaguars while we who do the work have to fight with a 13 year old copy machine that is on its last leg.“Sorry, guys, there’s not enough money for a new copier.”

This is the Romney way. F*ck the little people. Screw the daylights out of them. Take what little they have so WE, the elite, can have more.

Know what? There’s a little movement getting started of people who are sick and tired of being kicked around and put down and told they are worthless. Yep, I identify more with poor people than I ever would Mitt Romney. Romney, who’s never gotten his hands dirty, who’s never known REAL struggle in his life. Did he worry about the bills when his wife was sick? Did he worry about paying for his sons’ educations? He doesn't have to worry when he becomes too old to work. Did he ever worry about losing a job or a house? Did he ever put off buying some medication he needed because the electric bill was a little higher this month? Did he ever put off a vacation because of the price of gas? Mitt doesn’t have a clue what it is to go to a grocery store and decide what’s for dinner depending on the sale items. I’ll bet he’s never bought someone else’s used clothes.

MILLIONS of Americans aren’t on welfare, but they’re just getting by and as far as I’m concerned he’s dumped us in the same category. He hates ANYONE who isn’t a m/billionaire. And that's fine because I don't like him either.

I see nothing extraordinary or even new in this statement. Why is the press trying to blow it all out of proportion? Those who don't pay taxes aren't interested in lower taxes for others, they aren't interested in a smaller government, they ARE very interested in a candidate that just may make them pay their fair share, just might ask them to take less from others. Of course they will vote for which ever candidate bought them and promises even more largess if reelected. You know, "Higher taxes on the rich", "Make them pay their fair share" and so on. Their very lifestyle depends on the 53% paying taxes to pay even more.

"The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money."

"A democratic government is the only one in which those who vote for a tax can escape the obligation to pay it."

Alexis de Tocqueville

This is exactly why, when asked or polled, over 50% of America is in favor of taxing the "Rich" more. It won't affect them.

Obama's daughters are doing drugs in their corrupt $70000 per year school?
Did their father sell it to the principal there?
Just wondering.

"Repetitio est mater studiorum"......

It is indeed refreshing to hear the truth from a man that tells it the way it tiz. We are morphing into a nation of imbibers that are becoming addicted to the 'tit' of the giant sow of government. What most don't understand however, is that sow is filled with IOU's and promises that can never be fulfilled in the end. Just like Greece and other European nations tittering on the brink of desolation.

There are too many takers and not enough producers to give every one that fabled dream of 'nirvana'--- the only thing it produces equal misery for all as it did in the now defunct USSR. What it's all about, is control of the masses living from hand to mouth -- when the oligarchy lives in opulence. Our founders warned of the perils that would consume us if we departed from the course that they had set. People are stupid when it comes to history, they never learn...Tyrants and swindlers will always emerge when you expect something for nothing.

Obama is likened to an unsharpened pencil - there is no 'point' to his obsessions!

I understand your point, but you are so wrong in your conclusions. That isn't what Romney said, he SAID that the 47% who don't pay taxes are not interested in ANY tax cuts, ANY tax policy reform or a smaller government. They are DEPENDENT on the government, they need Obama and his "Tax the Rich" and "Class Warfare" mentality. They will vote for higher taxes (Obama) because the more WE pay the more they will get. You seem to not understand that under Romney, rather than seeing your salary, on average, being about $5,000 less than before he was president, you will see that increase, you will see more tax equality with loopholes being closed, you will see a less intrusive government telling YOU what to eat, what car to drive, that $4.00 gas is just fine and so on. You will see more opportunity to grow and prosper. If you like the status quo - then by all means, vote in Obama again, you will continue to see high and higher gas prices, it will cost more and more to heat your home, putting food on the table will continue to spiral upwards and your job just may be discontinued due to the high cost of employing you and the rules and regulations costing more and more and the taxes going up and up on business.

No guts no glory. No one is going to come along and give you your own business and you'll never have one of your own until you are willing to give 110% effort into getting one started. Even then there is no guarantee you are going to be able to afford a jaguar or take a vacation when ever you like. Instead of pissing and moaning about what the boss has maybe you should ask yourself how the boss got what he has before you came along.

I'm sorry, but I have absolutely no sympathy for those who make a "career" out of shopping, eating, breeding, and sleeping while living on public assistance.

I have no sympathy for single women on public assistance who continue to breed when they can't, or won't, provide for the children they already have.

I have no sympathy, or respect, for the "guys" who go around impregnating these public assistance funded single mothers (while, at the same time, collecting public assistance from the addresses of these "section 8" single mothers).

I have no sympathy for those on public assistance who party loudly until 3 and 4am 6 and 7 days a week while we're trying to get enough sleep so that we can work and/or pay the income taxes that support them and their public assistance dependent offspring.

I'm also tired of seeing public assistance funded people who own far newer and often much more expensive vehicles than most non-public assistance collecting working and/or income tax paying people can afford.

I'm also tired of seeing public assistance people filling their grocery carts with expensive junk and/or processed foods without even glancing at the prices.

Then there are the public assistance "mothers" and "fathers" who can't afford to supply their school aged children with very inexpensive pencils and paper, yet have no problem with buying both their children and themselves extremely expensive casual logo clothing, tennis shoes, and smart phones.

Enough is enough. It's time that we, income tax paying people, stop supporting such non-productive and disruptive lifestyles.

But then again, we all know that most of these so-called poor, yet high living, public assistance people vote for Democrats.

Btw, how does that old, and still often used, Democrat voting slogan go?

Oh ya, "vote early, vote often."

Americans are far too large and diverse a population to generalize, but I do believe that America has (to a large extent) become a victim mindset society. We can question the prudence of how and where Romney chose to express his opinions, but what he said was true, and any politician has to be aware of it.

It was a long video... plenty of material for liberals to parse, strip, and peel to foster their own preset narratives.

We're already seeing loony extrapolations on Topix... just wait until the MSM gets their "experts" on to it.

All this brouhaha to avoid talking about Obama's record.

Just watch.

Sad part is.. is he's right! This is where our country is heading! Too many people play the victim role and expect the government to take care of them.
