both good ideas - I do support a few more investigators with enough power to find and prosecute folks who cheat on government programs, however. Both IRS investigtors, and FBI and Justice Department investigators, and prosecutors. To go after individuals who cheat, and also the big financial institutions which cheat. It is silly to have a double-standard, depending on the size of the crook, with better treatment for one type who can afford the big lawyers.
