Oregon Recognizes Out-of-State Gay Marriages
Although it's still not legal for same-sex couples to marry in Oregon, the state is now recognizing the marriages of those who tie the knot in another state or country.

This is a MINIMUM requirement of a state because of the U.S. Constitution's "Full Faith and Credit" clause which MUST be applied to ALL marriages in the U.S.
