I believe he CAN get the nomination. It will take much work on our part, but it's possible. Notice in the caucus states how well he does when people actually sit down and talk about the issues and present his message to others; compared to the states where uninformed voters walk in clueless and pull the lever for the one the media tells them to.
We NEED to continue getting Ron Pauls message out, Higgans. He is the only anti-Romney who can beat Obama.

The simple fact of the matter is that if all reps voted like Ron Paul, there would be no deficit regardless of who threw what in the bill and that is all you can ask. And it is a brilliant political move, he gets other reps to support earmarks in his district. So who is the smart one here? The other reps that vote for earmarks in a district where even their own rep votes against it. Or Ron Paul who can honestly say that he has never supported generational theft AKA deficit spending?
No wonder you live in TexASS. You're a product of Perry's school system. Raised in the dark and fed on shit.

You noticed that too about the people that defend Ron Paul's earmarks from Big Govt while they simultaneously bash Big Govt?

Paul does not believe in doing harmful drugs, nor does he suggest we do them.

But he's also not that stupid to think that spending $100 billion fighting a drug war that does nothing but create unspeakable violence on our border is a good and wise use of money. Kids can get pot easier than cigarettes. The drug war is a COMPLETE FAILURE!

He also believes that we all have a right to pursue happiness as is stated in our founding documents, providing we do so without hurting others, and when done in the privacy of our own homes is not the federal governments' business.

AND that any laws regarding this should be at the state level, not federal.

Knowing our Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independance- as well as you do -<puke and gag>, where is he wrong?

FYI

Who's got guts for global warming debate?

We need to be talking about global warming because Obama is moving full speed ahead to implement the largest tax increase in American history through global warming regulations by the Environmental Protection Agency. This is despite the fact that these regulations are based on the now thoroughly discredited science of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and both Obama and EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson have warned that EPA regulations would be even worse economically than cap-and-trade legislation.

Under the radar, Obama's global warming agenda is alive and well – he is working aggressively to destroy oil, gas and coal as his administration goes full speed ahead enacting the most extreme, job-killing regulatory agenda in American history. Anyone who takes him at his word that he wants an ‘all-of-the-above’ approach to energy development need look no farther than his Keystone pipeline decision, in which he sided with his radical environmental friends instead of the majority of the American people who want the tens of thousands of jobs and the energy security that the pipeline would bring.

that's the firt time (surprise! surprise!) I've ever heard that name id'd by 'usually a Conservative'. and, I'm talking about from 1970 on. the tag line used to be 'Dems start wars and Reps end them'. that started with JFK and ended with Nixon (I know, I know, Ike sent the first advisors, etc...). I guess we have come full circle with O ending B's war. or, maybe it just proves that there is NO diff between the two Parties, at the management level, any more. that would explain the establishment GOP favoring Romney... progressive-lite for progressive-heavy.
Raptor, a chickenhawk is ANY pol, etc. advocating military action (including war) while hiding out safely at home and/or having NEVER served themselves. we have had such 'hawks' being too 'chicken' to serve for as long as there have been humans.
they are like liberals and OPM, except it's Other People's Blood (OPB). neither Lib nor Cons have a lock on the label...

yep! typical troll remark.
even if I were stuck in the third grade for ten years (let's see, that would have been 1960 thru 1970), I would have a better education than someone with the avg Liberal Arts 4-yr degree starting at about 1990 and ending with a 2012 Ph.D. u can thank the progressive and socialist infiltration of our educational system since about 1968/69.
I believe it was Lincoln that said some thing about what our kids are taught in school today will be the standards of the next generation. the progressives took that msg to heart and, after they were driven out of national politics in the late thirties/very early forties, they infiltrated the public and collegiate educational systems. at the college level, they had to form alliances with the resident socialists and marxists already well-established there since the 20s/30s. tell me, did u notice the co-mingling of the progressives' and socialists' and communists' organizations when MSNBC's Ed Schultz, etc had their anti-Glenn Beck rally in DC? not long after that, ol' Ed himself took the 'mask' off and started openly calling himself a Progressive instead of hiding as a liberal or just plain Democrat.
either way, Obama still gives him AND Madcow chubbies... they know one of their own when they hear them speak and by their actions.
how about u, M, Obama still give u a chubbie, too? or whatever trolls get when they get 'excited'?

This is for you and Raptor- before we went to a progressive form of taxation in 1913, Paul's big bugaboo, we had no functioning infrastructure- apartment buildings in New York as an example, still used chamber pots, unless you were Rockefeller, then you had indoor plumbing, of course.

Chamber pots were tossed out windows and into gutters in the street.

Less than a century ago we had MORE chamber pots in America than we did indoor plumbing- thus we had few sewers, electrical grids, paved roads, police departments, fire departments, public parks, schools, all the things TAXATION provides us.

So if Paul wants to return to a world of corporate malfeasance run amok, uberrich individuals and a poverty stricken public, then by all means, vote for him.

He's a nut, end of story.

Big Government is what has put the USA in the number one spot in the world. It is the Right that wants to turn us into a third world country with a small ruling class with a small government and an army just big enough to keep the population under control.
