Extra Sensory Perception, its a bitch.

So I don't know where to begin, so I'll just jump in.
I'm a 23 year old male, from the US, particularly Texas, and I've had this problem for most of my life.
I have always had an uncanny ability to, how should I put this, use my mind in a heightened sense. I guess.
The first time it started was when I was 4. I had a dream that a storage shed, next to our apartment complex had caught on fire, and that their where cats in the closet towards the back. I told my mom about the dream and she simply dismissed it. while I was at school the shed caught on fire and burnt down. Luckily my mom remembered what I told her and the fire dept was able to save a momma cat and her kittens.
Various other incidents occurred which involved me "foretelling the future". Ranging from simple things, like a light bulb going out, to highly strange instances. Like the following
We were living in an apartment complex that surrounded what used to be a pool. Management had filled the pool with dirt, planted grass, and created a small park type area. Everyday no matter what time of the season, the grounds keeper would go out and run his mower over it. One day, while sitting on the porch watching him perform his daily task, i said to my mom "they should just dump sand on that grass, he's killing it". He finished up and not even 5 minutes later a dump truck pulled up backed up and dumped a small pile of dirt. The pile was the equivalent of a sandbag. Then it drove off.
After that my senses started to wane. Up until highschool. During my sophomore year I met the most beautiful and amazing girl. Me and her became close. We would talk on the phone, almost every day, wed pass notes and hangout. One day I was sitting in art class and had this huge feeling of dread, sadness, and heartbreak sweep over me. I texted her asking her if she was okay. She responded that her brother was just senteced 2 minutes before. My empathy mindset continued, even up to this day. Everytime she was sad, I could feel. It still happens with people I'm close too.
But now it has gotten worse.
It started 2 years ago. I was reading a magazine and in it was a brief blurb about some murdered teen. Without reading the article and by just glancing at her picture I had a mental image of someone strangling her. All of her emotions swept through me. I broke down. I couldn't take it.
It still happens. Everytime I see a news story I get sick inside and feel everything they went through. The cold air, wet grass, everything.
I really can't take it.
