Please check out the facts... Those syringes where given to him to be administered without him knowing its adverse reaction. Plus in his position it was required by state law that he be supervised. So who was behind him giving him this syringe and who took the fall for not being there supervising him? No one... Sound a little strange to you? Well it should! Just because some one puts a stack 12" thick of $100 bills in front of you doesn't make it $100k... Look for the ones in the middle of the stack... Not everything is as it seems. He's getting a retrial and he has fret evidence to back him up. Maybe you'll be eating next to him at Applebee's in a few years...

Very good point. These people act like they were with this db 24-7.. I hope none of there families have a tragedy like this.

you have to understand the rules and dynamics of hospitals, it was my understanding that majors was an lpn...lpn's generally never work in intensive care, they are not suppose to give intravenus meds..i myself believe there are lots of grey areas in this storey, im not in any way disrespecting any family member that has been affected by this, but i would want the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, not a witch aka(gay) hunt. I have worked for the hospital system, and when it comes to meds, its very controlled, monitored etc. And I also know that many people that worked there at this time, moved away an just kinda disappeared....i really dont believe we will ever know the whole truth....but would never want to see someone innocent pay an see the guilty walk..

My family was a victim of this and I don't believe it was him.. I'm entitle to my opinion. I've researched this and followed it for 11 years... A few people close to the matter have spoke out, but there's a lot that won't because they fear for their safety and their jobs. If that doesn't throw up a red flag, I don't know what does.

I find it funny that unknown first talks about corruption with no mention of a family member.. Now all the sudden his family has fallen victim.. I cry bullshit.. Also LPN should have intravenous drugs like that and are monitored.. So how else would he be able to use it if he wasn't hiding the fact that he is a murderer!!!!!

Dorothy L. Hixon... My aunt... Seriously want to go into calling BS on my families loss?! We wanted justice, the state wanted a scape goat. They dug my f#%*ing aunt out of the ground and cut her up to try to come up with evidence. The technology then was "probable" not precise at all.

Answer me this if you are so knowledgable and think you have the answers.

Why did the prosecutor have a bonfire with the judge and 6 members of the jury present with free food, liquor, and even "gifts" (gift bags that said thank you for your support and hard work) the night before the verdict was given?! "O my" I didn't know about that? Did you?!

The trial was moved to Clay county where special judge Yelton presided. The prosecutor was Nina Alexander who couldn't find her own ass with both hands and a 3 way mirror.

Nope, you sound a little strange to me.

All of your conspiracies were covered during the trial.
Several witness' testified that Majors had syringes in his possession (it was reported that he used some of them for his drug habits) & he bragged about having potassium chloride. One was his boyfriend of over 10 years.
Many witness' saw Majors with victims just prior to them dying. VCH sop for drugs was way to lax.
When potassium chloride was used the unused portion was tossed without any documentation.
Many vials were found at Majors' home & in two different vehicles that he used.
Most or all of the vials had multiple needle punctures in tops indicating that they had been used.
Nurses reported missing potassium chloride from stock.

I could go on & on but it's all in the court documentation.
