Allentown is a perfect spot for them to put on this play
As the article says:

"This is a primal drama about greed, power and murder," Steele says. "The play lends itself to the outdoor setting and we are planning to stress the supernatural. Witches will creep in and out from behind the trees, and the stars and moon come out just as we delve into the darkness"

They could put it on over in center city and no on would know it was a play because that is what happenes here every night.

The only difference is they prop up a dummy that they allow to think he knows what he is talking about?
