What do they have to gain?!? Information. Information is power. Take a closer look at the form. Marketing firms pay big money for information like that. You respond and they sell your information to anyone willing to pay for it. Plus if your Occupation is something tempting, then or are targeted for identity theft. Or they string you along to get the really damaging personal info that can wreck your life. Never respond to these! The likelyhood of any company giving away anything on a generated random e-mail address collection is nil.

don't u think that 850000.00 British pound is too much, there is a height of luring people i appreciate of his brainless skills, but everybody leave some stupidity behind,, this fucker has shown the amount more than celebrities and especially the ceo of BMW hehehe. but tell u nowadays people become smarter than these idiots, even a 12 year old child will smell the fake out of it so why we people are becoming victim of this. why don't we lay down their own trap into them and realize these frauds that every fox gets a one and half fox standing next to them.

I got this too, but they don't ask for any money. Just a return email with my contact information. So I don't get the scam unless they sell my email address which happens to all of us anyway. So what's the catch????

Are you people really that stupid or what???? To even consider giving them ANY INFO about yourself?
BMW Managers using hotmail and Yahoo accounts? Ha ha ha... Have you checked "winning ticket number"? They just copy and paste...
Do you really think that you can win something without even participating?
They should be reported to INTERPOL.

I have been inundated with a plethora of emails I know are scams mentioning lottery winnings, collecting money for people, and my address winning a sweepstakes I did not even enter. Does anyone know or have any advice on how to stop these emails from coming into my inbox? Thanks for any help. It's up to 20 to 30 a day.
