Well, she had that gut instint and while waling out thought w.t.f., just happened. Again if done by gyn, no big deal ,its a legitamate part of a o pelvic, which some gyns choose to doi and some choose not. With her current gyn, she chooses not to perform retrovaginal exams. Her creep factor warning went off with him. since then we have learned there is local company who send their employees there for physicals. They all go once, many refuse to go again, including woman they see their own dr and get a clean bill of health which they present to their company

Don't waste your time. It's normal for a doctor to check for anal fissures, lumps or swelling in the anal cavity if he suspects a problem or abnormality.

Good questions "just thinking" Most people just get led around like sheep. You seem to have knowledge of the law. You never mentioned anything about sueing anyone, the D.A. Is for criminal prosecution only. Your correct there isn't any need for a D.R.E. In a healthy asymtomatick woman by G.P. After recently seeing her O.B.G.Y.N. Something smells funny, pardon the pun.

Was your wife being given a full physical? If so, under certain circumstances the doctor may chose to check for hemorrhoids, fissures or other problems. Did the doctor explain to your wife why he wanted to perform a digital rectal exam on her? Did she question him about why he wanted to do this?
Additionally, it is usually customary for a chaperone to be present whenever a male doctor examines a female patient. Was a chaperone present? If not, why?
If a chaperone was present, the chaperone can either confirm or deny your wife's claims.
I would ask some questions before getting lawyers involved. This may have very well been a legitimate exam. Or, your wife could be making it up. Or, maybe the doctor IS a perv and he needs to suffer legal repurcussions.
Or, maybe YOU are making the whole story up for kicks. I guess we'll never know for sure....

He did say the doc said he was checking for colon cancer even though she wasn't anywhere near fifty and not high risk. The woman had just seen her female obgyn for a full gyn physical, which covers the rectum. I dont think this was made up, Thinker seemed kind of p!$$ed off. There out their!

Only once more then 20 yrs ago, my gyn did a rectovaginal probe along with my pelvic. As far as I know they dont do them anymore. I get a gyn exam every year, though I have switched over to woman docs. Never had a G.P. do it for a regular physical ???? I hope you dont go to this creep anymore. He hurts the image of the GOOD ONES!

thinker your should really learn how to spell better.
get over it a finger up the butt doing a physical is not uncommon and I know she saw it coming cause he would have had to lube up and her pants would have to be off

unless he has fingers of steel and penetrated her clothing with it and then went straight up her ass she saw it coming - she had to have been unclothed and contrary to all the fantasies that get posted on here about patient / doctor sex you are never nude in a doctors office unless they will be looking at your rectum or genitalia - they always lube up if they are going in.
so back to story at hand - she knew it was coming and it is not at all uncommon for a rectal exam during a physical - so relax and get over it - nothing sexual or perverted happened.

its me wrote: thinker your should really learn how to spell better. get over it a finger up the butt doing a physical is not uncommon and I know she saw it coming cause he would have had to lube up and her pants would have to be off I went to see the doctor because I was having some bleeding coming from my rectum. I changed into a gown leaving underwear on, bra panties, gown tied in the back. The doctor asked me to lay on my sidd with my knees up to chest. The doctor then lifted undies from waste band in the back by my b#m. Then slid finger along b#m crack and once finding an#s stuck finger in. My undies never came off and I wasn't really exposed. Diagnosed with hemorroids.
