How can i misscarry???

I know this sounds terrible but i need to figure something out. Im 16 and i made a really bad choice recently and im scared i might b pregnant. I cant afford an abortion if i am and i cant do anyone. Is there any way i can make myself miscarry? I cant b a mom! Plz help me figure something out and fast

I am on birth cotrol but i had been off it for a while and he did that. I missed my period and ive been getting signs of being pregnant. Maybe im just being nervous but im scared
