I have been around nudism my whole life, my parents took me to public beaches and other places naked since I was born, so I;m used to being naked in public. but....I have seen some disturbing stuff growing up. I caught an older man masturbating while looking at me on the beach once, and I have been felt up by men before. hugging me and caressing my butt or fondling my breasts. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. and I was too embarrassed to tell my parents....so I was wondering, is this common? I just wonder how many nudist guys are just dirty old men who wants to look at naked girls....I love to be nude on the beach, but I'd hate the thought of a girl being molested or raped....so is underage nudism a bad idea?(i'm 18 now btw) I enjoyed the nude lifestyle growing up, but is it too dangerous for young girls?

Nudity should be enjoyed by all. Young girls (and their parents) need to be aware of the butt heads out there who will exploit young girls. It is great for those who enjoy nudity at home and in public places that allow for this activity. Our daughters have enjoyed their nudity and are still virgins at 15 & 17.

I have been a nudist for many years and have visited both family camps and nude beaches. Nudism is a family affair and it is common for parents to bring their children from birth. In the proper environment the nudist lifestyle is a very healthful way to raise children. Nude beaches present a less structured environment than camps and the events that started this discussion (masturbation, fondling etc) are more likely to occur there. In camps (Look for an AANR sanctioned one) activities like this are forbidden and anyone caught practicing them will be asked to leave but it is still a parent's responsibility to see that their child is safe at all times. The child should be taught to report all inappropriate behavior immediately but he or she should also be taught that humans are after all human and a certain degree of stimulation i normal. It's how a person responds to that stimulation that counts. The best rule for nudists is to use common sense and courtesy at all times.

I*e been to a couple other countries where being naked is not so stigmatized. I want to try it but the number of dirty old men is a huge turn off. I'm a strong young guy and they creep me out. I looked on a few sites and it really looks fun. Been skinny dipping twice. Once with a boy and once with a girl. I'm not gay. Both times were fun and exciting. I tried walking through the woods naked by myself but was afraid I would get caught and people think I was a perv. Not a good feeling. My gf is a prude.

I do not believe in lying about age though. If it says you must be a certain age its probably for the best.
