No razor or wax gets near my pubic area. I keep it natural and only trim alone the bikini line using my bf’s electric beard trimmer. While trimming is ok, I do not advocate for anyone, female or male to shave/wax their pubic hair; nature determined that pubic hair is necessary and it is actually more hygienic and healthier to keep it intact.

I got married in 1971, I would have considered it so unusual and odd if I had discovered that my wife shaved or cut any hairs from her private parts, it was just natural to leave the hair 'down there' the way nature intended. She admitted that she had quite a large amount of pubic hair, when she wore a bikini or bathing costume I could see the hairs sprouting out at the top of her legs and over the top of her bikini, but she never considered to do anything about it.

Hair at the pubic regions of both a man and woman acts as a sort of cushion to when having sex. For medical reasons my wife on a few occasions had to get all the hair shaved off. It was horrible having sex for about 4 weeks because of this, the hairs grew back quite quickly again to be nice and bushy, sex was O so much more comfortable with them back fully grown again. She would never consider shaving or trimming them off again. A big hairy bush was considered absolutely normal up to about 1990 when women started to shave, this was due to commercial things like it looked good. In the 1970's it was quite common for you to see quite a lot of women in bikinis and bathing costumes sprouting surplus hairs out of the top of their legs or over the top of the bikini line. You just don't see that in 2012 as it is considered indecent. Even men are now starting to shave hairs off their bodies, I think this applies to men under 30. I am over that by 25 years, I have never shaved (except face) cut or trimmed any hairs off my body ever, I have a hairy chest, arms, legs and very hairy shoulders, a light covering of hair all over my back, as for waxing, I have seen this done on a friend and it made me shudder just looking at it being done, no I like being hairy, I would NEVER get that done to me.

Alana, your quite correct in NOT sending pics, just like you I have a son and daughter, my wife has never shaved or trimmed any hairs off her body ever, they were only shaved off by a nurse when she gave birth to our 2 children, otherwise she like you is fully natural and hairy 'down there'
