What an interesting poll. It is interesting that quite a few people have voted. I will say for the record that I am au naturale. At the same time, I am not opposed to people who do get surgery. I know that the silicone vs. saline debate wages on with silicone looking and feeling more natural yet having the stigma of being unsafe. On the flip-side, Saline tend to have the rounder, faker feel to them and tend to look fake.

So far the fellows are saying that augmented breasts look just fine. Any ladies with fake breasts care to share? Any guys in a relationship with a gal with augmented breasts?

Id like to give my two cent on this one.. I about got my nose broke at my brothers bachelors party by fake boobs.. They were hard and just unnatural. No i don't like them. I also know enough ladies that have had it done the scars that form are a constant source of pain if not broken down.. I think if I'm playing with someones boobs this would be somebody i care about and I don't think its worth the health issues that go with them..

Men don't give a shit, they will screw just about anything with a nice rack, fake or otherwise, if they could.

I know this question was aimed at men, but as a woman who has had breast implants, i should think it does'nt matter. Why should it matter if it makes us more confident as a person?

For me in part it is down to WHY they R fake.

Maybe disease has left the need for surgery perhaps??

Many ladies I have known (not Biblically LOL) with a large "rack" seem to have a self belief about the attractiveness of their pointers. My ex's sister had large mammaries when young...and was hugely embarrassed but them :(

But although I would kind of ask what was the motivation behind such an augmentation, ultimately it is what you feel for the person that is important.

But I am suspicious of anyone who thinks that their "beauty" and physical attributes is anything more than superficial....whether they be male or female....but there again I suppose such attractive attributes CAN bring on unwarranted attention too :(

I love big boobs but its the person that really matters, so by the time you get to the point of experiencing a womans boobs you shouldnt really be bothered whether they are big or medium or even fake or real... though I prefer wobbily real to concrete solid fake... and the really gynormous fakes of say someone like Jordan is just a huge turn off for me.... real is best and if theyre fake then they shoul look real rather than be the size of two London double deckers!...

As you say ideally by the time you get to the stage of "finding out" you SHOULD already be close enough to not have it matter....hmm interesting...

I also suppose that if a guy was out for a quicky then he dun give a toss either way...

As you say Jordan (Katey Price??) is gross..to my eyes...even before her augmentation.

I saw so many brown and white pointers when I was younger that they dun really have an effect on me....yes I notice them..but only like I would if a guy was walking round in Lycra shorts with an Egg Plant / Aubergine for a dik LOL
