Only a urologist can say whether there's something wrong with you. As for your sex life, no precum means that she has to supply all the lube, or supplement hers with KY. My SO says that male precum is the best lubricant there is, bar none.

i am 32 and i have never had precum either, it hasnt made any difference to me, but i am curious to see what it looks like, and how much comes out.
