There is some truth in what you say, but some of the excitement in anal penetration is the pain factor. The initial pain of penetration, once you get relaxed is less and then the idea that you have a hot penis pounding in and out of your bum gets more exciting when there is a bit of pain with it. I can not enjoy both at the same time, but I love anal and oral. Anal actually hurts some if I am giving oral. other than oral and anal or oral and vaginal, I have not tried double penetration.
