Depends on the guy's "average full grown endowment", an inch here or there can make a lot of difference. Also the girl's ass may be able to accommodate a larger c@ck depending on her personal history and anatomy. A girl who is always constipated and poohs every other day will have a larger volume in her buthole. BTW there is always some damage in anal sex, there are always at least micro tears in the lining, the asshole was not meant to have things stuffed in it.
