a recent friend of mine was telling me how hes starting to run a couple miles a day because itll help him hold his load in longer and i was just wondering if anybody knows anything about it.

I dont believe it. I would like to say yes since I am a competitive distance runner. I think fit people are better in bed. We can hold difficult positions and not be out of breath. But I would just guess that cumming has little to do with lung capacity lol. But maybe it helps a bit. Healthy people prolly have less ED problems.

ive tried staring at a picture n everything but being inside her feels to damn good to ignore. you dont find a girl that tight often so i enjoy it, i guess a little to much haha

maybe you need to study human physiology more.

Every pound of fat takes away from the resources the body provides to the muscles, oxygen exchange and other processes in the body. Better aerobic capacity alone, even without a weight loss, makes up for the other things fat interferes with.

As you said, the more obese someone is, the more likely they have ED. The easier it is to get an erection the easier it is to maintain one for longer.

Well I am sure that I or you or anyone for that matter could stand to study human physiology greater but I do understand it pretty well and like
you mentioned I brought up the ED problems fat people have. However besides having ED generated from obesity or genetics I dont think the AVERAGE person needs cardio to be better in bed. I think working on the mental aspects is more benefitial thedn running more. Of course running for running sake never hurt anyone. And if it does happen to make u last longer then great!

well, the question of the thread is simply that, if better cardio helps sexual performance, In general yes, although it still varies from one person to the next.

Doing cardio can give you more stamina to make you last longer that way, but it won't make you last longer before shooting. The only two ways I know for that are the best one to put the girl on top to go cowgirl or reverse cowgirl, that lets you relax and whether you're doing it that way or you on top RELAX YOUR LEGS like bend your knees a little and for some reason relaxing like that will make it last longer the way it counts.

Put down the cigs and unhealtthy foods and opt out to running and other cardio and see if your sex doesn't go up.

I don’t want to be the minute man all of my life. Thinking about obscure objects during sex to keep you from ejaculating is weird, and to be quite frank who wants to picture there grandma during sex? I tried Promescent after just doing a quick google search. The sex is better, and I can just focus on the woman in front of me.

it helps u actually ...it doesn't take the sensation away but u don't get tired that easy ...there r many people who actually stop the session cause they got tired ...n btw I think we all can find a position where we actually last longer ...I actually worry bout my girl when we r doing it so i try many things to last longer ...u can always find answers by urself ,just got t work for it
