If you are wondering hot to actually get the prostate I have a tip that I read a long time ago and normally works.

Look at your index finger.. see the second line? That is about how far you need to stick it in to reach the prostate. You then will curver your finger up if they are laying on their back. Now you need to gentley do the "come here" motion with your finger. This normally hits the spot everytime.
