Who cares what his life is like? Too bad they didn't throw him in a dungeon somewhere until he gets the needle.

with the evidence presented at the trial it did'nt prove that he was guilty it seemed that it was very much trial by media.i'm not saying he did or did'nt do it but where was all the evidence apart from the fact that he was cheating on his wife.what if it was never found out that he was cheating would he still have been found guilty.

Sure he is guilty. He didn't convicted because he had a girlfriend.

Why do you think the bodies washed up right in the same area he was fishing in? 90 miles from his house? You think someone else kidnapped her, took her baby out of her body, then one day just decided to drive 90 miles away, and "plant" the dead decomposing bodies in the same area?

i don't no what happened he probably did do it.all that i am saying is i don't think the trial was handled very well no information about the case should have been in the media before it went to trial.living in the uk it wasn't in media here so all i've seen is the facts and there dos'nt seem that much evidence to convict a man and put him on death row especially with no murder weapon or motive.

Slow down Nancy your are leaving words out.

"Sure he is guilty. He didn't( get) convicted because he had a girlfriend.
Or you could have said, he (was not) convicted because he had a girlfriend.

I think he did it. If you really look at it it kind of adds up. He shouldent get out he should rot and suffer just like his wife and unborn son did. Killing him is putting im away from the rest of the world so we can be safe. He doesnt deserve anything the only thing he deserves is to die.

You need to look at it in more detail cause somethings do add up. Maybe your just not getting all the information. And the scary thing about this world is that you can kill someone and not leave any evidance behind and sometimes if there is a murder weapon they cant find it. So there doestn always have to be a murder weapon thats way they look into other things. They must have found something to get him dealth row.

David, I live here in Modesto. Was part of the search party. I'm also the nephew of Ron Cloward, the police detecxtive in charge of the case for the first 8 months.
There is SO MUCH detail you don't know about the case because it was never used in trial. He lied and lied and lied and lied.

*Two autopsy's summized that she was suffocated.(Think of what it must feel like to suffocate David....) But they couldn't prove it definitively in court.
*He couldn't tell police what kind of fish he was fishing for in the Bay. Then, realizing his blounder, he said he was fishing for fish that he had no tags for, and fish that aren't even in the Bay at that time of year.(Thought he stated he was an "avid fisherman")
*They estimated that a body dumped from where he was fishing would wash up within 21 miles of where they actually washed up.
*He refused a lie detector test within 24 hours of her being missing.
*And while I was at her candlelight vigil at Gracada Park, Scott was wooing his new girlfriend aboiut 50 yards from me. Most people in the park were crying and he was lying to he mistress.

People like you astound me. "Poor Scott?" What about Laci and Conner? Pull your head out. I hope Scott lives and long MISERABLE life in his cell and die with pain.;

I wish everyone would leave Scott alone and stop raggin on him. They should put him in with the general population at the prison and he can become someone's special fun , he can be wooed, petted and admired by a bigger prisoner named "BONE". He absolutely killed his wife and baby Connor because he was too chicken shit to just divorce her. What a beautiful woman she was and she deserved alot better than what she got so now let him suffer by "Bones's" hands and spend the rest of the taxpayers money supporting the swine that he is.
