The same reason you have a low conviction rate against police officer who violate the law under the color of authority!

With the changes the judge made I'm shocked they didn't find him guilty. The judge damn near told the jurors to do so. From what I heard on Eyewitness news. It sounds like she "might have" commited suicide. But then again only two people know what went on and neither one is talking!
