AKA The credit people, Credit Problems No Problem Limited is using AKA's

We have just paid £49.00 and was told we have a loan authrised and the money will be in our account this week Wednesday.

Instead we received a letter saying our details have been passed to a lender, when we rang the person we spoke to said that Credit Problems No Problem Limited had no completed the form well with all details as a result the loan is declined

We have asked for our Money back, Credit Problems No Problem Limited we have been advised the terms and conditions state we hsall try and get you a loan with several lenders. We waited two weeks now, at the time of payment we were advised withing 7 days we shall have a loan.

Please be warned not to use this company for loan applications they are rip off's we are in the processing of contacting watchdog and we shall be providing watchdog will all details.

Credit Problems No Problem Limited has taken advantage of the recession to rip people off using the credit people

We rang unsecured credit company who advised us that Credit Problems No Problem Limited ( The credit people) had no completed the form well details as a result the loan is declined. We provided the required details and was advice AKA The credit people, Credit Problems No Problem Limited that you had approved the loan, the response was we did not.
We have asked for our Money back from Credit Problems No Problem Limited but have been told the verbal terms and conditions state we shall try and get you a loan with several lenders not one lender. We have waited two weeks now, at the time of payment we were advised within 7 days we shall have a loan.
Please be warned not to use this company for loan applications they are rip off's. we are in the processing of contacting watchdog and we shall be providing watchdog will all details so that they can investigate this company.
Credit Problems No Problem Limited has taken advantage of the recession to rip people off using the credit people. So far we do not know who is saying the truth. We have learnt our lesson. For those looking for loans avoid AKA The credit people, Credit Problems No Problem Limited.

i too was told if i paid them a fee my money would be gauranteed to be in the bank by wednesday surprise surprise it wasnt i got letters from lenders saying that they had my detaails from them and because of my circumstances wouldnt be able to get a loan anyway i went straight to trading standards and got my refund minus 10 pound a few weeks later they should be closed down they give false hope to people like me .

I paid this company £49.50 last wk, promised that my loan would be paid to me by today, But Guess what guys..... its all a load of bollocks. I was contacted by a company via "ucc" who were sent my details by "credit problems no problem" AKA "the credit people" the company said they couldn't offer the amount i wanted but could offer £1000 over 13 mnth repayment period after 13 months i'd have paid back nearly £1700, when i contacted "ucc" they said they had no other lenders to put in touch with me so when i contated "credit problem no problem" explaining what ucc said i asked for my £49.50 refunded, i got told by a bloke by the name of James that he couldn't refund me as i hadn't been refused a loan & that he would try some other companies, i told him not to bother & i want my money back - i'll give it a wk to see what happens, then i'll kick ass!!!!

i made numerous calls to this company & was promised NOT ON PRINCIPAL BUT 100% guaranteed that a loan was not a problem, i was soooo wary of going to them last wk after reading comments about them but my husband spoke to them & was told that the people who has had problems with them must have been declared bankrupt, i also thought that there would be a lot more complaints about them so i trusted them... how stupid am i??(please don't answer that). I will let you know if i get my refund but please everyone STAY AWAY!!!

I have just gone with this company.
I will to see by wednesday if the money has gone in.
They have assured me that it is 100% guaranteed it was done electronicly to the 51 lenders they have.
I have called them after reading this and stated if by wednesday the money is not in, i will be calling for the admin refund.
As you can cancel the contract within 7 days (working)
By all acounts that means i could still claim back my money up until friday.
I asked for their complaints department and address just in case...

They told me 100% garanteed i will have money in the bank by next tuesday, and all i need to do is pay the £49 fee and there is nothing left to do apart from sign and date a form. i recieved 2 forms and one for the lender which i didnt get told about. i rang them today to ask the status and they tellme one of the sections on the form wasnt filled out properly, when i went over the form 5 times! I have a feeling this is just going to get dragged out and i will not get my loan. Customer services are not great help and it takes about half hour to get through to them. It always feels like they cant wait to get rid of u from the call.

I rang them yesterday and they guaranteed me a loan. I havr set it up so that my £49.50 gets paid on a week this Friday, and I will have the money in my bank by the Thursday which is two weeks today. I reakky need a loan for £3000 asap. I went with these because they seemed like the best and quickest. After reading everyones comments I am thinking about cancellin this tomorrow. Does anyone know anywhere good a can get a loan asap for £3000 which isn't going to rip me off. Please help by writing phone numbers for me. I read a comment before about the black horse, can I have the number please?

Paid the money - would be in my account a week later (last Monday), then because of a delay the following day. Rang on the Tuesday to be told that should allow three working days for the forms to be sorted, money will be in the account on the Thursday. Letter was posted yesterday refering me to Cash Loans Direct who were up front and explained they are a broker. Also told me that they had had a number of similar people "refered" to them by the Credit People and advised me to complain formally to the Credit People, FSA and others.

well i gave this company a call and they said i had been accepted and i just need to pay the £49 admin fee on wednesday and the cash will be in my account the following tuesday. im really starting to have doubts now reading some of your comments . think if i should cancell the dircet debit or just see what happens. has anyone actually got the loan??

Hi i have just paid and received the application form but have been told its a "done deal" my alarm bells rang as soon as i got the form as there is no mention of any bank name with whom i will be going with i phoned and asked this to be told that they woul let me know this once i had sent form back. my worry is they are going to have all my personal details. The forms are too basic to be correct i feel stupid as i consider myself to be more intelligent than this! But i suppose when we all have bad luck we get sucked in!
has anyone actually got a loan from thsi company???
mind you happy people wouldnt be looking for bad comments lol

dont go with this company i applyed to thm and paid my fee of 49.50 for a 8000 loan and got told i was accepted and approved and the money would be in my account with in 5 workin dys i never received it sent my forms back special delivery and neva heard back then i gt a letter thru post 2ND class sayin to call unsecured credit company wich was anuva broker wot a rip off!!! wnt bk to credit people n said i bn declined y u say it was guarenteed thy sed we guarentee to find u a loan or mney bk so asked 4 money bk and the women said named claire she wd take it to legal dpartmnt i thn gt anuva lttr 3 dys l8r syin to cll cash financ direct aka horizan finance!! 2 diff names y? thy r nuva brokr so angry n annoyd thy sd thy wud be in bk in contact in a hr .. i waited and got turned dwn ... so phned up credit people the theivin nobs!!!! and spoke to claire again n asked wt the hell was goin on she hung up on me her attitude was appaulin!! phned bk n spoke to some1 called sheryl or sumin an she sed she wud pass it to legl again n get me refund she ws helpful but i strted shoutin at hr so shehad a little attitude to.. DONT GO THRU CREDIT PEOPLE THEY R CANIVIN,SLY THEIVIN NOBS !!!!

The CREDIT WHO? I pplied for a loan with these idiots and was told its guarranted as long as i aint bakrupt. Well i aint and what really pisses me off is that they don't tell you like other companies that u have been turned down so they pass you over to another sister company CASH FINANCE with an 090 number to call. well if its an emergency loan and i need as quicly as possible why send me foams in 2nd class and also lie t6o people. I have solved my problem because i didn't waited for them to solve it for coz i smelt a Rat and thought there was something wrong. The point is i want my refund like they said they would do if i didn't get a loan. i have to get it although these companies tend to want to drag u around thinking you will give up. I dont give up and i will pursue my refund as quickly as possible.

Yep me too be ripped off my the credit people, they took my 49 pound admin fee then passed me over to the direct finance people who charge 1.50 a minute to talk to them so what a waste of time and money.
wish i never bothered they lied.
