Well I love this kind of topic :) to get rid of weight you'll have to follow these steps:
- start playing a sport
- do jogging twice or three times a week
- lift small weights (1bs - 9bs) and grow on form there
- start eating 6 fruits/ vegetables a day
- check with your doctor every once in a while
- start a Zumba class every month
- try to eat milk products
Hope fully by now you've lost quite a few pounds. If not I so so so sorry. I'm only 13, but I've done all this and I lost 50 pounds in a year. I play Ringette every week with my team ( junior A) good luck!!!!!
