If women have the ONLY decision regarding abortion w/o consulting the father...and if the father has no legal rights. Why does our system require "fathers" to pay child support.
If a father is gonna provide child support....they should have an equal vote in deciding whether the child lives or dies at the start
Continue the status quo of allowing women to be Independent in their "choice" but fathers should also have a "choice" of whether they want to pay child support.
Or am I just an idiot?

Wrong!

Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Ummm...using your personal religious beliefs as argument only works with others of your faith. Besides, the issue is, does this guy have the right to free speech if he infringes on another person's right to privacy?

NO bible verse ever proves ANYTHING. Let alone anything legal.

What in the hell does that mean? Your god didn't know the fetus would be aborted? Or was he just talking about that Glen Beck prophet type character?

Jewish Law and the pre-1980 Southern baptists said a fetus was not a baby until it takes it first breath.

W.A Criswell, former president of the Southern Baptist Convention and pastor of First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, for over 50 years said: "I have always felt that it was only after a child was born and had a life separate from its mother that it became an individual person and it has always, therefore, seemed to me that what is best for the mother and for the future should be allowed." http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php...

You can watch the language of Southern Baptist Convention Resolutions on Abortion DIRECTLY track the rise of the Christo-Nazi wing of the 'publicon party. Indeed, the term "fetal life" was used in the resolutions until 1980, when the term was changed to 'human life.' http://www.johnstonsarchive.net/baptist/sbcab...

What happened to your idea of keeping the government out of people's private lives? A "lover's quarrel" that goes public is really none of your business or the government's business unless, like WEINER, it's done on the taxpayer's dime.

You logic is completely illogical and on the level of a dumb 8th grader.

This doesn't have a damn thing to do with the government. It concerns 2 individual people involved in a civil action. The minute the lawsuit was filed it became public information and because it involves sex and a batcrap crazy anti-abortionist sonofabitch the newspapers reported it.

I, for one am glad the government provides a court system....even though it it mainly used by the corporations.

Hate speech and inciting to riot don't count as free speech. If some crazed nutbag, in his self-righteous indignation, goes off and kills or harms this girl, the jilted ex-boyfriend could be guilty of incitement to violence.

Nowhere on the billboard is this woman's name nor face, so most don't know who she is.

I'm sure his attorneys will use that idea in his defense. It should be interesting.
